David had always harbored a secret crush on his younger sister, Rachel. She was petite and blonde, with a sweet and innocent demeanor that he found irresistible. But he knew that his feelings were wrong, that he shouldn't be attracted to his own sister.

David nodded and continued speaking.

Rachel set her book aside and turned her full attention to her brother.

"What is it?" she asked gently.

David took another deep breath before plunging ahead.

"I... I have feelings for you, Rachel," he confessed quietly. "More than just brotherly feelings."

Rachel's eyes widened in surprise as she processed what David had just said.

"You... You're attracted to me?" she asked softly.

David nodded, unable to meet his sister's gaze.

"I know it's wrong," he said. "And I don't want to feel this way. That's why I need your help."

Rachel reached out and placed a comforting hand on her brother's shoulder.

"I'm sorry you're struggling with this, David," she said sympathetically. "But I can't... I can't be the one to help you."

David looked up at his sister, disappointment etched on his face.

"But you're so kind and understanding," he protested. "I thought maybe if anyone could help me, it would be you."

Rachel sighed and shook her head.

"I'm sorry, David," she repeated. "But these are complicated feelings, and I don't think it would be right for me to get involved. Maybe you should consider talking to a therapist or someone who can offer professional guidance."

David nodded reluctantly, realizing that his sister was probably right. But before he could respond, Rachel spoke again.

"However," she said slowly. "If you're really serious about wanting to change your feelings... there might be something else we could try."

David looked at his sister in surprise, curiosity piqued by her words.

"What do you mean?" he asked cautiously.
