How does the credit system work?
With each passing month, your credit balance refreshes in accordance with your selected plan. Any unused credits rollover to the subsequent month, thereby available for future usage. These credits remain active for a full year from the point of purchase.
What will happen to my old plan under the new credit system?
If you're currently using one of our legacy plans, you will be grandfathered into the new credit system. This means your plan will remain the same, with no changes. If you wish to use the new credit system, you will need to cancel your old plan and then select one of the new plan options. Your current plan and its benefits will remain active and unchanged unless you decide to switch to a new plan.
What payment options are available?
At this time, we only accept payment through credit or debit cards. We currently do not accept PayPal, unfortunately.
Is it possible to cancel my subscription?
Indeed, you have the freedom to cancel your subscription whenever you wish. Rest assured that any remaining credits will retain their validity for a period of 12 months from their purchase date. You can proceed with the cancellation of your subscription here.
How can I alter my subscription tier?
If you wish to modify your subscription tier, simply cancel your existing subscription and initiate a new one that better aligns with your desired credit quota on a monthly basis.
Is your payment system secure?
Absolutely. Our financial transactions are processed through Stripe, meaning that we do not retain any of your card details. Moreover, Stripe upholds superior, bank-grade security protocols.
