"Sorry kid, this is the end," Randall hissed.

Boo's eyes widened with fear as she backed away from the Scream Extractor. The machine loomed in front of her, its metal claws ready to latch onto her tiny body and drain every last scream from her. She glanced desperately at the shattered remnants of her door, now nothing more than a pile of splinters and dust on the floor.

"No... no!" Boo whimpered, tears welling up in her eyes. She had managed to escape from the clutches of Randall and Waternoose before, but this time there was no way out. Her heart pounded in her chest as she tried to think of a way to save herself.

Randall chuckled darkly, his reptilian skin shimmering with each movement. "It's no use trying to run, little girl," he sneered. "Once I've extracted your screams, you'll be too weak to even move."

Waternoose nodded approvingly at Randall's words. "Yes, it's quite ingenious really," he said with a hint of pride in his gravelly voice. "With all of these child detection doors being installed throughout Monstropolis, we need a more efficient source of energy. And what better way than to fully harvest their screams?"

Boo's lower lip quivered as she stared at Waternoose in disbelief. This couldn't be happening. She couldn't let them use her screams for energy; it just wasn't right.

Suddenly, the sound of running footsteps echoed through the laboratory. The door burst open and Mike and Sulley tumbled inside, their fur matted and dirty from their recent escapades.

"We're here to save you, Boo!" Sulley exclaimed triumphantly before freezing in place at the sight before him.

Mike's single eye widened with horror as he took in the scene. "Oh no... oh NO!" he exclaimed. "We're too late, Sulley!"

Boo's eyes welled up with fresh tears as she saw her friends. Despite the danger they were in, they had come back for her. She mustered all of her courage and let out a small sob. "Mike... Sully..." she whispered.

Sulley's heart sank as he heard Boo's voice. He knew that time was running out, but he couldn't bear to see his friend in such distress.

"I'm so sorry, Boo," Sulley said softly, his large blue eyes filled with tears. "We should have been here sooner."

Mike swallowed hard and took a step forward, his eye darting from Boo to the Scream Extractor and back again. "Look, kid, we'll figure something out," he said with forced confidence. "We always do."

But deep down, Mike knew that there was no way out of this situation. The Scream Extractor was a formidable machine, designed to drain every last bit of scream from its victim.

Boo's lower lip quivered as she looked at Mike and Sulley, their expressions filled with regret. She knew that they wanted to save her, but it was too late.

The sound of Randall's laughter broke through the heavy silence in the room. "Well, well, if it isn't our old pals Mike and Sulley," he sneered.

Sulley growled softly under his breath as he stared at Randall. Despite everything that had happened between them, Randall still managed to send a surge of anger through him.

Waternoose stepped forward and placed a hand on Boo's shoulder. "You see," he said in a low voice that sent shivers down her spine. "There is no escape this time."

Boo felt a cold dread settle in the pit of her stomach as Waternoose's words sank in. This was it. She was stuck here with Randall and Waternoose, her screams fully extracted for the energy of Monstropolis.

As her body shook with fear, Boo's eyes locked with Sulley's. She could see the pain in his gaze, the overwhelming guilt that he felt for not being able to save her. But she also saw something else -- a promise.

"I won't forget you, Boo," Sulley mouthed silently, his voice choked with emotion.

Tears streamed down Boo's cheeks as she realized that although she may be trapped in this nightmare, her friends would never forget her. And somehow, that brought her a small glimmer of hope in the darkness.
