"Alright, Aryll. This is what I need you to do."

"I'm ready," she said. "Right?"

"Yeah." Link nodded. He looked her in the eyes. "Tell me if it hurts at all." He moved towards her and placed his hands on her shoulders. "There's a barrier between us that I can't break through. I have to use my energy to get through that barrier, but it drains me of my power. The less power I use, the longer we can stay connected. So we'll just have to do this as quick as possible."

Aryll nodded, too nervous to say anything. She was only nine years old. She trusted her older brother with everything. He had proven himself to be a hero time and time again, but this was different than any other quest he had taken her on before. This one...this one felt dangerous. She knew he wouldn't let anything happen to her, but there was an underlying fear that just wouldn't leave her mind.

Link closed his eyes and focused his mind on Aryll's body while he sent his power into her hands, giving them both a sudden warmth when they touched each other's hands tightly. They stood like that for several minutes as Aryll could feel something slowly building up inside Link's hands and slowly spreading throughout her body. It felt like a warm energy that spread through her arms and legs and head until even the center of her chest felt like it was glowing with warmth, too.

"That's good," he said after a while. "Now tell me what you're feeling."

"Well," she said, trying to put words together in the best way she could manage. "It feels kinda weird, though not bad or anything like that..." She paused for a second, thinking about how she should word it properly so it would make sense to him. "...It's like...like my heart is beating really fast and hard...Like I'm excited...but happy? And it feels good...and I feel safe? And happy?" Aryll smiled then looked up at Link with wide eyes of excitement before adding: "...Like I love you!"

Link smiled back at her, realizing what was happening now: "You're starting to connect with your power...you're starting to understand it a little more." He had been hoping this would work out this way, but he couldn't be entirely sure since this was the first time Aryll had ever used any of her magic powers before this moment - powers that were nearly identical to that of their mother's many generations ago when she was still alive in their home world of Hyrule centuries ago; powers which neither Link nor Aryll inherited magically from their father since he had no magical abilities whatsoever - leaving everyone wondering why only their mother seemed to possess these special powers running in their bloodline; powers which were passed down from generation to generation within the women in their family line while the men never displayed any magical abilities whatsoever; yet which somehow appeared in both Link and Aryll despite not inheriting them from their father at all...though neither of them seemed to have inherited their mother's full magical abilities either since they both possessed physical strengths far beyond normal people seen in Hyrule (which explained why they both could handle themselves pretty well during combat situations), but also showed signs of being able to harness these various magical abilities (without understanding how) whenever they found themselves facing difficult situations where they needed extra help (which explained why they always managed to find solutions when such situations arose)...something which had happened many times over the years since childhood but never really understood by either of them until now since each event happened sporadically without any form of connection between events or knowing why such events happened at all...for example:

They were visiting a park one day after school when suddenly a loud roar filled the air followed by several screams from nearby mothers who ran towards their children screaming for them to run away from whatever danger might lie ahead behind them as quickly as possible! As everyone began running away from where the noise came from however, Aryl remained frozen in place on the ground due to fear until suddenly she felt herself being lifted off the ground by someone who turned out being Link who ran with all his strength over towards an open field nearby where they both fell in grass together while looking back at the park where what looked like a large monster type creature was attacking whoever remained inside while roaring loudly causing mass panic among everyone who tried escaping its wrath! Even though Link's sword wasn't around with him today because he didn't think he'd need it here today (where nothing dangerous has happened before), he still managed to fight against this monster by using his physical strength alone as well as using whatever magical abilities he possessed physically whenever an opportunity presented itself (such as punching its face into oblivion when it opened its mouth wide for a bite attack or kicking its legs out from under it by jumping high into the air above it and doing an aerial kick straight down onto its knees which caused him crashing down onto his back after missing its head completely!). Aryl helped him whenever she found herself doing something she didn't understand how she did or even what exactly happened at all until eventually after many long hours fighting against this monster over and over again until eventually finally killing it off forever once and for all! As people began returning back into the park after hearing the news that everything was safe once more, Link told Aryl: "Remember what you did today when we were fighting against this monster? You know how you couldn't move your body at first until you started doing those strange things? Well next time something happens like this again where there is danger around us somewhere out there in our home town somewhere right now right now right now right now right now right now right now right now right now right now..." He then started counting down quickly while staring directly into Aryls eyes causing shivers going down both of their spines! But then suddenly they heard another loud roaring sound coming from somewhere outside their home town causing them both running towards their home without stopping once along with everyone else still left outside now rushing towards safety! They arrived home safely after locking everything up tight including some wooden boards placed across windows upstairs along with making sure everything downstairs was locked up tight as well preventing anyone from entering anywhere inside unless having special keys for certain doors leading outside! After hearing nothing more dangerous happening anywhere else besides just outside their home town somewhere close by still far away enough for them not worrying about needing to worry about leaving town again anytime soon, everyone began going back outside again afterwards feeling safe once more until suddenly another loud roar sounded out among everyone covering so much distance around everywhere causing people running into hiding everywhere again while yelling out: "Where is it? Where is it?" Everyone looked around frantically everywhere except looking up into the sky! That was when Aryl noticed something falling down slowly towards them causing everyone else ducking away immediately while yelling loudly! She yelled out: "Look up!" which caused everyone else looking up into the sky towards where she pointed noticing nothing except blue skies surrounded by clouds moving slowly across above them reminding everyone of how peaceful everything was earlier today...until suddenly exploding into pieces of red flames dropping down onto everyone creating massive explosions wherever they landed causing mass panic among everyone while also witnessing some people getting caught on fire disappearing underneath piles of rubble created by collapsing buildings along with several other people unable to escape underneath such rubble alive anymore causing mass deaths everywhere suddenly appearing out of nowhere causing mass confusion among everyone unsure whether dying here today would be better than risking being attacked by whomever might be responsible for all these deaths happening suddenly today! Some shouted out: "What are those things falling down? What do we do?" Others shouted back: "Let's go hide somewhere!" While others shouted back: "No! We won't survive if we hide alone!" Others shouted back: "We have no choice! There are people attacking us out there!" Others shouted back: "I don't care about those people attacking me!" Others shouted back: "Yes you do!" Others shouted back: "No I don't!" Others shouting back: "Yes you do!" Others shouting back: "No I don't!" Others shouting back..."Yes you do!" Others shouting back..."No I don't!" Everyone continued arguing angrily amongst each other debating over who might be responsible for these sudden attacks happening today causing mass chaos everywhere until eventually after debating for long hours everyday for weeks and months about who should kill whom first finally deciding upon finding whoever might be responsible for these attacks happening today deciding upon randomly selecting five names out of many paper slips placed inside small boxes followed by sending whoever coincidentally picked those five names out into streets among hundreds or thousands of angry citizens armed heavily with whatever weapons they could find within homes searching day-in-day-out everywhere looking every single place imaginable searching desperately wanting revenge while hunting whoever might be responsible down killing them dead already having killed multiple hundred thousands already burying millions already digging millions more graves digging millions more holes digging millions more graves digging millions more holes digging millions more holes digging millions more holes digging millions more holes digging millions more holes digging millions more holes digging millions more holes digging millions more graveyards digging million graves digging million graves digging million graves digging million graves digging million graves searching every single house searching every single room searching every single
