Lily's First Day of School

"So, you're sure this is the place?" Lily asked nervously.

"It's the only building on this block, so unless there's another one, then yeah," I replied to her.

"But why does it look like a barn? This looks like the type of place where you'd put old people to die in. Not where students would go to class."

"Well, if you don't like it, maybe we should go to the community college."

"No, no! It's fine," she said quickly, walking inside. "I love barns. They're warm and comforting."

I followed her into the building. As I entered, I heard a woman's voice yell, "Welcome to College!"

"Oh my God, that's my orientation leader," Lily whispered to me, taking a few steps forward. "That's Mandy."

"Who?"

"Mandy. She's really pretty, and we've been friends since high school."

"Wow! That's great! She must be really nice, too."

"Yeah, she is. Oh, no, she's walking this way. She probably wants to introduce me to some other girl she made friends with at college. You know how girls are. But if I don't introduce you, she'll think I'm not trying to make any friends."

"You're making friends at orientation? That's amazing! You must be really popular to make friends this easily."

"I don't know about that," Lily said, shrugging. "But I'm going to introduce you anyway."

The two of them finally approached us. "Oh, hey, Mandy," Lily said. "This is my brother, Jimmy. He wanted to see what my first day was like."

"Oh, well it's nice to meet you, Jimmy."

Jimmy nodded. "Nice to meet you too."

"So, when are you going to take him to class."

"I don't know yet. I have to talk to my teacher and get a schedule, but I don't want to rush out of here. I didn't want to miss any of the orientation."

"Oh, that's good to hear. I'd hate for you to miss half of orientation. That's why we brought you here in the first place."

"I know, but I want to make sure I'm doing everything right. You know how it is."

"Yeah, I know. Hey, I gotta go meet up with my other friends. So, it was nice meeting you Jimmy," Mandy said, waving at us.

"Nice meeting you too, Mandy."

"Well, I should really get started on my orientation stuff, but it was nice seeing Mandy again," Lily said. "We used to be really close."

"You know, you seem really stressed right now, but I'm sure you're going to do great. I mean, you're smart and pretty, so you'll probably make a bunch of friends," Jimmy said.

Lily smiled. "Thanks, Jimmy. It's nice to see you again, too. Are you gonna be around tonight?"

"Yeah, I've got the night off. I was planning to make dinner for you, but I don't know if I'm gonna be able to do that. I'll text you when I know for sure."

"Thanks, Jimmy. Well, I'm gonna go get started on my orientation stuff," Lily said, walking away from me.

After she left, I walked over to the table where they were having the event. I made my way through the sea of tables, and eventually found an empty seat. The place was packed, so I had to walk around to find an open seat. When I finally did find a seat, I sat down in the chair and looked around at the people around me. There were a lot of people in the room, which wasn't surprising. What was surprising was the fact that most of them looked like they could be professional athletes. I couldn't tell if that was just because there were more muscular people than normal, or if these people were just really muscular. They all had toned bodies, and were wearing tight clothing. I didn't know if it was because the clothing was tight, or if their bodies were just so well toned that you could see every muscle in their body. It was very strange, but at the same time, I found it kind of attractive.

"Hello, everybody!" A voice yelled. "My name is Amy. I am the orientation leader for this year's freshman class. We're going to be starting orientation shortly, but before we do, let me introduce you to our first speaker."

A tall woman with long dark hair walked up to the front of the room. If I didn't know any better, I'd say that she was a supermodel. She was wearing a tight dress that barely covered her breasts, and the rest of her body looked flawless. I couldn't believe that someone could look that good without even trying.

"Hello, everybody, my name is Lily. I know a lot of you have met me today, but for those who haven't, I thought I'd introduce myself."

"She's hot," I heard a guy say behind me.

"Oh my God, shut up," a girl responded.

I looked at them, and realized that the guy was looking at the woman talking on stage. The girl looked at both of them and rolled her eyes.

"So, as you can tell, I am tall. I've already grown to 6 feet, 5 inches, and I'm still growing. I'm not sure how tall I'm going to get, but I'm hoping that I will be taller than 8 feet. I've been going to the doctor twice a week to help me grow, and it's working!"

Everyone in the room looked at her and cheered. This was a weird group of people. On one hand, I wanted to turn around and leave, but on the other hand, I wanted to stay and watch this woman. She was really attractive, and the fact that she was so tall was really hot. Hopefully she was going to be in one of my classes.

"Now, I know some of you may have been worried about gaining weight while going to college, but don't worry. I have made it my mission to gain as much weight as possible, and I would love it if you joined me. We're going to be eating our weight in food, and I'm also going to be working out every day to make sure that I'm gaining enough weight. You don't have to join me if you don't want to, but if you're interested, please let me know. Who knows, maybe I'll share some tips with you. Or maybe you could join me. Either way, I hope you feel free to approach me if you need anything."

I watched as she left the stage, and several people stood up and cheered. I wasn't sure what was going on, but it looked like they were cheering. And the more I looked at these people, the more I realized that they all had one thing in common. They were all really attractive. Every single person in this room was attractive in one way or another. I didn't know what was going on here, but I decided that I should stick around for a bit longer.

"Well, that was interesting," Lily said to me as I walked up to her.
