The Bottom Line: Kyle's Untold Battle on an Alien Planet
·
Published 5/28/2023In an Iron Age alien world where size is power, the timid African-American student Kyle must overcome Kyria's supernatural bottom to fight back against her cruel bullying and prove once and for all that strength is not always measured with size.

Kyle sat in the grass, trying his best to ignore the stench of Kyria's rotting corpse. He had done his best to bury her after the crash. He had buried her deep so that her family couldn't find her, but he was sure they would be able to track him down.
He didn't want to be found. He just wanted to lay in this field and stare at the sky until he died himself. She wasn't dead, not really. There was no way she could be dead, not with the way she used to kick him like a football whenever he got on her bad side. No, Kyria was still alive, he was sure of it. He knew she would be looking for him, angry and vengeful and ready to beat him senseless again. She was like that, always looking for an opportunity to kick him when he least expected it.
He knew she would find him eventually, but there was nothing he could do about it now. He couldn't run anymore, or fight back against her. No matter where he went, she would always be there waiting for him in some new form, ready to inflict another round of kicking on him if he gave her even the slightest chance to do so. In time he would learn how to stay out of her way, how to live his life with what little dignity he had left when Kyria wasn't around and things were normal, but for now all Kyle could do was hope that death came soon and freed him from this nightmare once and for all.
Kyle looked up at the sky as the sun began to set in the distance behind a nearby mountain range. The daylight wouldn't last much longer before giving way to the night and whatever terrors it brought with it, but Kyle wasn't scared of the night anymore. There were worse things than being alone in a dark field far from home with only some decaying remains of one's mortal enemy lying nearby; far worse things than a long lonely night in a strange world with no one who knows you or cares about your well-being except yourself.
