Tigris and Reselia's Epic Quest

Tigris and Reselia had a met an untimely crossroads in their lives -- their paths had converged, briefly in time, and a friendship sparked between the two unlikely allies. Yet both were burdened with a shared mission, to defeat the cruel warlord who had brought destruction upon the kingdoms of Europe and scattered many lives in sorrow. Thus they set forth on their daring journey.

The two unlikely warriors had encountered some difficulties in their task, having encountered dangerous animals and parasites on their travels, but were mostly ready for the oncoming challenge. Just before they arrived near their foe's castle, the duo happened upon an old hermit living in the woods. The hermit gave a prophecy of sorts, uttered ominously "Be wary of what lies before you - danger lurks around every corner and the waters you bathe in may bring your demise." With this in mind, they prepared to enter the enemy's stronghold.

Upon approaching the castle, they noticed that the grounds were heavily guarded and they appeared to be no methods of entering quietly. However, after much contemplation Reselia recalled one of her old training tricks - a technique which would have been useless otherwise - that would help them get past the security. Taking a deep breath, the two ventured forth, utilizing the techniques and witnessing their effects as the guards remained fooled. Eventually, they made their way within the inner circle of the warlord's palace. They soon found themselves in the throes of an impromptu strategy talk between the antagonist and his top advisors. Immediately the two understood that it may be the best chance for them to assess the situation, and so surrounded by armor and weapons, the duo spied upon their enemy attentively.

It was soon made clear that the warlord had built an unstable and powerful weapon, a weapon so powerful it could bring destruction to the forces of Europe. What followed was a short debate between Reselia and Tigris in which they decided they needed to either take out the weapon or find a way to stop it. Risking capturing and destruction, they decided to disarm the device and searched around the castle to find it. As it so transpired, the weapon was not in the castle and had already been shipped off to a clandestine harboring spot near the Black Sea. News of where it has been stored came too late and their past defeats had taken their toll on the duo's bodies and souls. Knowing they would never make it in time to stop it from being deployed, they started a daring mission to follow its ship and discover the weapon's whereabouts.

The chase was anything but a walk in the park, enduring storms and nearly outrunning their ship multiple times. Dodging treacherous tides and barbed boulders, never giving up the pursuit, fighting weariness and high exhaustion the two eventually found a moment's respite and caught up to the vessel. After a few close shaves with falling overboard, seemingly scraping by from hope, Reselia and Tigris succeeded in reaching their edge The weapon was retrieved, destroyed and never to find it's way into the warlord's grasp again. The final and triumphant victory put an end to the tyrant's reign and brought forth a new era of peace and serenity, a peace and serenity that shone upon the two valiant heroes. On the waves of their finished task all those who opposed them had been vanquished and the waters, which the duo had previously been warned to avoid, had become a place of refuge, filled with smiles and cheers. All who had been scattered in sorrow, backed with newfound will, faced the future with courage and joy. And so it was, it was in this very moment, amidst the glory of their success, that Reselia and Tigris had completed their mission and brought a new dawn for Europe.
