"You're sure you want to do this?"

"Of course I'm sure!"

"Just...*be* *sure*. Once you say yes, there's no going back."

"I know, Horikita. But I'm sure."

Ayanokoji and Horikita had been best friends since they were young. The two were inseparable and often went on adventures together. They even planned to go to the same university when they got older. So when Ayanokoji asked Horikita if she'd be his girlfriend, she was ecstatic. She couldn't imagine her life without him.

But then things changed. Ayanokoji started to lose interest in their friendship and would often spend time with others or just spend time by himself. He was turning into a loner and an outcast, someone who didn't need anyone else for company. He grew more distant from Horikita and eventually stopped asking her to hang out with him.

So when he came up to her one day and told her that he had a wish for her to grant him, she couldn't help but feel excited at the prospect of being able to spend some alone time with him again. She promised that she wouldn't tell anyone about it as long as he promised to never lie to her again. He promised, so she finally gave him his gift: a kiss on the lips.

The next day at school, she felt happy whenever their eyes met until she noticed that he seemed different somehow...different from before. Whenever he spoke with other people, he would always smile brightly, sometimes with tears in his eyes, sometimes with a goofy grin... It was like he wasn't even himself anymore! And whenever they talked alone together, he would talk strangely about how much he loved her and how much he wanted to have kids with her too! She didn't understand what was happening and feared that if she confronted him about it directly that things might get even worse! So instead of telling him about it directly, she decided to do some research on Ayanokoji's condition instead: social alienation disorder (SAD). It turned out that the symptoms matched perfectly! Now that she knew what was wrong with him, all she had to do was cure him and get him back to normal.

One day after school while everyone else was busy doing their own thing, Ayanokoji and Horikita met up in Ayanokoji's room and sat down on his bed across from each other. They talked for a while until Horikita asked Ayanokoji if he really meant what he said yesterday about wanting children with her and whether or not he understood what having kids meant? After all, parents have to take care of their kids and have them around them 24/7! Did he like kids? Did he even want kids? Was there anything else that he liked better than kids? She listened carefully for his answers as she eagerly waited for his response. There was no way any sane person would say yes to having kids otherwise! Luckily for Horikita though, Ayanokoji replied that indeed yes, ever since they were young together he always wanted a bunch of kids with her! How could she ever not know that!? As far as liking kids goes however...he did say that ever since they were kids together too they always loved eating candy together...so maybe not so much? As the conversation continued on however, it soon became obvious that something strange was happening between them: Ayanokoji had begun acting like a child once again! His speech patterns changed into those of someone younger and more innocent as well as his posture changed along with his voice which sounded high-pitched too! When Horikita asked him why in the world was this happening now of all times? He replied very simply "Because I love candy!"
