His head throbbed in pain.

He tried to open his eyes but they felt heavy and he had trouble keeping them opened. He was staring at the ground, he realized. His vision was blurry, but he could see the rough texture of the ground on which he was lying. The wind howled and it seemed like it was getting colder, or maybe he was just feeling it more because of the headache that wouldn't go away.

Rehaan tried to remember what happened. It all seemed to be a blur. He remembered that a friend of his had been arrested for smuggling drugs and that he had gone to save him from the police station. But there were others who had attacked him with some kind of gas and then... nothing.

He remembered opening his eyes in this dark corner and seeing two men approaching him. One of them was holding a gun and told him to get up. In his drowsy state, Rehaan tried to use his power to make the man drop the gun, but nothing happened. He tried again, but nothing worked and the two men kicked him while they dragged him over to a car parked a few feet ahead of them. They walked around the car and Rehaan saw a third man sitting inside, looking out through the window with an evil grin on his face. When Rehaan looked at him, he closed his eyes and turned away as fast as possible, pretending not to have seen anything.

The other two men pushed Rehaan into the car and made him sit in one corner while they sat on either side of him, both pointing their guns at his head. Then one of them said something about going to see another person who had helped them smuggle the drugs inside their country's borders and the other man replied saying something about not wanting to leave behind any witnesses lest someone find out about what they were doing.

"No one will find out," said the man sitting next to Rehaan who looked like their leader. "We are too careful." He paused for a while before adding quickly: "Besides, if you want my advice, don't leave any witnesses." With that, he gave a nod toward Rehaan and immediately one of the other men pointed his gun straight at Rehaan's head and pulled the trigger once before dropping it down onto Rehaan's lap where it continued making its loud noise until it finally ran out of bullets after making eight holes in Rehaan's stomach region and four more in his left arm while also grazing two minor wounds on each of Rehaan's arms from which blood started spurting out onto everything around him including his clothes which gradually turned redder by each passing moment..

Rehaan died immediately after that but somehow he could still feel himself dying as if that moment took forever for him to live through although he knew fine well that it wasn't so because when he tried to remember it later on, it felt like all those things happened within seconds or maybe even less than that because he couldn't really tell anymore since time seemed to lose all meaning for him during those moments only for time itself to regain its meaning after those moments passed leaving only a void behind where only emptiness remained with all of its questions unanswered by anything else except by death itself.
