It all started when I was a child. My parents were big into sports. I guess they wanted to relive their youth with their children, since they were both stars in high school themselves.

My father always wanted us to play tennis, but my mother said it was too expensive, and she said we could try something else. So when I was ten years old, she took me to the local gym and signed me up for karate lessons.

It sucked. The other kids were mean to me because I wasn't very good, so I stopped going after a couple weeks. Then my mom told me she signed me up for judo classes instead. It was better because the teacher was really nice, but that didn't matter because I didn't like getting punched in the face for money. After about six months, my mom finally gave up on finding an activity for me and just let me sit at home and watch TV until I was ready to go back to school.

Meanwhile, my brother Wayne went through multiple activities. He did swimming lessons, soccer classes, kung fu lessons... If there was an organized activity in the area, he tried it at least once. He had tons of trophies and ribbons from his competitions around the house.

Eventually my mom gave up trying to find something for me to do and just let Wayne spend all day doing whatever he wanted while I sat at home watching TV every day. It wasn't until Wayne started college that our lives changed forever.

* * * * *

Wayne went to some fancy-ass private school that cost more than our house. When he came back home for winter break during his freshman year, he met this girl named Luiza who also went there but lived in another town across the state line because she was rich or something like that. Anyway, he brought her back with him for Christmas break and introduced her as his girlfriend. She actually seemed nice though -- she didn't act stuck-up or anything like you'd expect someone who went to a fancy private school to be like.

I thought maybe things would change if they got married and lived here instead of at her house in the suburbs where her parents lived next door or whatever fancy people do with their families after they get married... But they didn't get married or even have babies or anything like that! They just kept living together like boyfriends and girlfriends do after they graduate! It didn't make any sense! They were always making out in public places! And whenever anybody asked them if they were married yet, Wayne would say "No" really fast so that nobody would think that they were gonna get married anytime soon! So what's the point of even having a girlfriend? If you're not going to marry her then why don't you just date one of those sluts from your college who wear short skirts and drink beer all night? At least those girls know how to party! Nobody should want a girlfriend who doesn't even kiss you! What kind of marriage is it if you can't even kiss each other? That's just wrong! Everybody knows that marital relationships are based on sexual attraction! If no one wants to sleep with you, then don't expect anyone else to want you either! That's just common sense! If Wayne wants to have sex with anyone other than Luiza, then he should do it now before it's too late and she gets fat or something like those other women do after they've been married for a few years! Do these rich people think they're somehow better than everyone else or something? You'd think someone who grew up in a mansion and took ski vacations in Switzerland every winter would understand how hard it is to live paycheck-to-paycheck like everyone else has to sometimes -- but apparently not! Maybe Luiza is spoiled rotten and doesn't know how good she has it -- but if she doesn't watch out then she's gonna lose a good husband like Wayne before she even realizes it!
