Kiara Smith - Space Station Detective

Kiara Smith loved puzzles, and nothing made her happier than solving mysteries. Even though she was only five years old, Kiara had a knack for figuring things out, whether it was a conundrum, an extra-credit homework assignment, or even a mystery that her teachers asked her to help solve. This time, however, Kiara had put her detective skills to the test in her own mysterious ways, and her parents, Chara and Chris, had no clue.

Living with her family in a cozy space station in the 22nd century, Kiara had stumbled onto the realization that the station’s computers were vulnerable to hacking if given the right code, and granted her incredible access to the information inside. Out of the corner of her eye, with her parents none-the-wiser, Kiara began honing her remarkable detective skills and started secretly operating her own spy detective agency — right under their noses.

Right as Kiara was entering into her sixth year as a detective, an uncommonly strange case came her way. Tagg, an adolescent alien from a far-off planet, was often bullied for his different-looking features, but Kiara knew it was wrong and decided to step in and be his friend. Prompted by a hunch, the two of them decided to look further into the case that Kiara had uncovered and were elated when the information found pointed to a paranormal romance between two elderly humans on board the exile station.

Kiara and Tagg set off to the other side of the station, only to find a massive maze of doors, keys and puzzles. An epic game of hide, seek, and find ensued as they navigated the complex floors and swapped the right keys to make their way to the forefront of the case solution. Needless to say, danger was lurking around every corner and their unorthodox adventure brought out countless near-fatal circumstances!

In the end, the determined pair made it to the final chamber, where to everyone’s shock, there revealed a wedding between the two elderly lovebirds that had gone unabated for five whole decades. Though the corridors were filled with unexpected drama and suspense, the unbeatable friendship that Kiara and Tagg developed on the way made them a powerful duo. As a cherry on top, Kiara was invited to join the wedding party too!

For Tagg, it was the most wonderful day of his life, yet Kiara still kept to the background and remained alert towards any ramifications that the discovery of her odd detective agency could bring. In the end, what really mattered was that both she and Tagg had managed to put a puzzle together in an incredible cosmic adventure, hilariously unfolding a few positive life lessons along the way.

No more secrets, just a true friendship. And a better understanding of understanding each other’s abilities and realizing that Kiara’s devotion to solving problems and Tagg's skill of following through on treacherous tasks blended well to create a bond that could overcome any obstacle.
