The sun was setting on what looked to be a beautiful day. The wind blew through the leaves of the trees, while birds sang in the distance. A young man was walking through the forest at a leisurely pace. He stopped as he noticed a pair of golden eyes staring at him from within the bushes.
“Hello?” said the man, trying to get a response from the creature he could only see out of the corners of his eyes.
The creature, who was just watching him, stood up and decided to venture closer to him. It was a fairy-like woman with short brown hair and wearing clothes that looked like an old painting. She approached him cautiously, but still making herself visible to him. As they got closer, she noticed something peculiar about this man. He had a pair of antlers on his head that resembled that of a deer or an elk.
She approached him and began to examine this man further. She stared at his face and noticed his unique eyes. His eyes were red with black pupils, almost like that of a cat’s eye, but different somehow. His skin seemed pale, but it gave off an aura of warmth that made her feel like she was standing next to a campfire during winter season.
“Oh my!” She said in surprise as she noticed the two antlers on his head “You look human! What are you doing out here in these parts? Are you lost? Do you need assistance? Please allow me to take you home with me, I live not too far away from here” she continued as she reached out for his hand in order to escort him back home with her.
