Seductive Melody of Change

"This is the strangest thing I've ever done," Thomas thought to himself as he looked down at his new breasts, holding them up to his chest with both hands. "I mean...these are massive! I don't know how I'm going to hide these when I go back to work tomorrow. But it's really all worth it." He'd known that he wasn't really a man for years, but had never had the courage to do anything about it until now. "I wonder what my boss will say," he mused.

The dress was a little snug on him, but he didn't care. In fact, he liked how it looked on him. The dress was a plain black one that went to just over his knees, and while Thomas normally hated to wear dresses, this one was different. It was feminine without being too girly, and that made him feel like a woman in much the same way as the bra and panties did.

He picked up the necklace again, watching its silver chain glint in the light of his lamp as the large ruby caught his eye. "It's so beautiful," he thought again as he felt inside the pocket of his dress for the mirror that he'd bought earlier that day at Victoria Secrets along with the bra and panties from Dillards. "I can't believe this is real." Holding the mirror up in front of him, he admired his makeup job before taking another look at his bustline in the mirror once more before putting it down on the table beside his bed and getting into bed for some well-deserved rest after an exhausting day of shopping and cosmetic procedures.

Thomas arrived at work the next morning wearing a long sleeve shirt over his bra and panties underneath his suit jacket and dress pants, which weren't particularly tight fitting thanks to all of the food that he'd consumed over the weekend while celebrating his big reveal. He could feel himself sweating even though it was quite cold outside, but he didn't care. What mattered most was that nobody else would notice anything out of place about him today.

After checking in with security at reception, Thomas made his way down to his department where he found only one other person there - Judy Matthews, who worked as a secretary for another department despite having no formal training aside from her high school diploma. She worked hard enough though, so nobody ever questioned her presence there despite her lack of a college degree or any experience whatsoever beyond being a secretary for several years now. What she did have though was a crush on Thomas, which she made perfectly clear every time they were alone together.

Judy looked up from her desk without saying anything as Thomas entered their small office cubicle area before turning back to her computer screen and typing away at her keyboard with her headphones on again as usual while listening to 80's style synth music. She apparently couldn't stand hearing anyone talk while she tried to work, which made sense given how often she got annoyed whenever someone spoke above a whisper around her when she was working hard on something else.

As such, Thomas had learned long ago not to bother talking to Judy unless he absolutely needed something from her because otherwise she might snap at him for disturbing her workflow. He understood that sudden interruptions could upset some people when they were trying to concentrate on tasks, especially when they were making an effort not to be distracted by their surroundings or conversations happening around them.

And so, the daily dynamic between Thomas and Judy persisted, each essentially pretending like the other didn't exist once they walked through those office doors every morning. Neither wanted something more than what they had, and besides, they both understood that life can sometimes unfold in ways that challenge our expectations. Sometimes, the beauty of life lies in taking chances and embracing the unknown, rather than allowing fear and stagnation to hold us back.
