Joining Forces on Mars
·
Published 2/9/2023Jaxon, an impatient and daring teen, takes a risk and ventures to befriend Rosta, the new girl, on an unforgettable journey to Mars. As the two enduringly bond, they must overcome the obstacles on their nonconventional path towards acceptance and true understanding, or lose a potentially life-altering relationship.
"I'd say you're a huge faggot, but that's just how the world is. So I guess you're just the way you are."
Jaxon sat there; staring at his knees with his head tilted down and his arms crossed in front of him. He was still trying to figure out what he had done wrong. It was Rosta's turn to throw something at him. She had been waiting for her moment ever since Jaxon had called her a slut last week. He thought she would be angry, but she had taken it in stride. She said that he hadn't called her a slut because she was one, but because he was still hurt over the fact that she had fucked someone else.
He wasn't sure if that made any sense. He didn't even like Rosta that much; they were friends... sort of? They had shared a lot of classes together, so they always ended up having to sit next to each other somewhere. It wasn't really a choice though, there were only two seats in the back corner of most classrooms and nobody wanted to sit there by themselves. After talking for about four months, an odd friendship had formed between them. That was until Rosta started fucking some guy from their class named Fenton and then started telling everyone about it. Jaxon hadn't taken it well, especially since Rosta always talked about how she hated sluts and cheaters. He still wasn't sure why she did it unless it was all just an elaborate practical joke or something like that.
"What are you going to do now?" There was a smirk in Rosta's voice as she asked Jaxon this question. "Are you going to hit me like your dad used to hit your mom? Or are you going to tell me that I shouldn't have fucked Fenton? Oh wait," Rosta scoffed in disbelief, "you're too much of a pussy to do either of those things."
Jaxon continued staring down at his feet as he listened to Rosta talk shit about him for several more minutes until he couldn't take it anymore. With a deep breath through his nose, Jaxon slowly lifted his head and stared straight into Rosta's eyes. The girl who had set him off on this downward spiral of self-discovery began looking around nervously when she didn't get the reaction out of Jaxon that she expected from him. When her eyes returned to meet his gaze, Jaxon simply stared at her silently before tilting his head towards her and nodding slightly as if to say "go ahead."
Rosta sighed loudly before saying: "Yeah? What are you gonna do now?" She sounded bored which annoyed Jaxon even more than he already was at this point, but he still didn't let that show on his face as he remained deadpan as ever while lowering himself onto the floor. His hands spread out behind him on the floor while he leaned back so that his weight was supported by these hands while sitting on his ass with his legs straight out in front of him with knees bent at a right angle.
"You know what I really want right now?" Rosta asked rhetorically as she shook her head slowly before continuing her soliloquy: "I want some guy who has no issues with being gay to just come out here and fuck me right now." A smug expression covered her face as she looked down at Jaxon who seemed unphased by what she said as if nothing she could say would bother him anymore after everything she had already said today. After a momentary pause where neither person spoke, someone walked through one of the double doors leading into the courtyard where they were sitting currently seated. Neither Jaxon nor Rosta noticed this person approach them until they spoke up after clearing their throat slightly to let them know they were there: "I'm pretty sure that's not actually possible."
"WHAT DID YOU JUST SAY TO ME?!" Rosta screamed angrily at whoever this new person was who dared speak such words in front of her when all other men would tremble in fear, terrified by her very presence alone without feeling brave enough even to look directly into her eyes like Jaxon did earlier.
The new guy took another step forward – still only standing about a yard away from where both Jaxon and Rosta were sitting – as he replied: "Well, obviously I just said 'I'm pretty sure that's not actually possible' because I mean..." He paused for a moment before continuing: "If it was possible then anyone could do it since I'm pretty sure anyone can just walk through these doors and walk over here where we're all currently standing." As soon as he finished speaking, this person took another step forward so that he stood directly between Rosta and Jaxon; not looking directly at either one of them but merely staring off into space with arms spread wide open while facing towards the sun rising behind them on the horizon behind the school with one hand above each shoulder forming an inverted V shape while hovering above them with both feet flat on the ground between their respective knees which were also flat on the ground facing away from each other so that their hips met at ninety degrees facing opposite directions while their upper bodies were parallel to each other in midair beside each other facing away from each other like two people holding hands walking away from each other towards infinity with their fingers touching together between them vertically between them horizontally receding into space at an incredible speed far beyond anything human beings could ever dream of reaching during their lifetimes...
