After the volcanic eruption at the Red Mountain ruins her family's fortune, she is compelled to travel to a new land. She ventures to a distant settlement known as the Valley of Everdawn, desperate for a change of fortune. There, she meets the help of a sorcerer who tasks her with finding a powerful artifact that holds the secrets of the Valley's dark past. Danger confronts her on the way, from fierce trolls and malicious humans alike - but she endures with strength and an unyielding hope for a brighter future. Along her journey, she learns about friendship, trust, and the courage it’ll take to battle the unknown.  Desperate to save her family's fortune, a dark elf vampire named Eera embarks on a treacherous journey to the Valley of Everdawn, where she must confront an ancient evil to unlock a powerful artifact and learn the secrets of the Valley's dark past.


Eera, a vampire dark elf, had been left to fend for herself in the aftermath of Red Mountain's great volcanic eruption, which had destroyed her family's fortune. With no other option, she set off to journey the far away Valley of Everdawn in search of a new start -- a place that inquired very little in terms of background or origins. 

Arriving there, she quickly needed to make money and introduce herself to her new community. While working for various lords, Eera heard about a sorcerer who had a peculiar task for her as a payment for his assistance. Her mission brought her to the further reaches of the Valley, where she must find a powerful artifact that was said to contain secrets to the Valley's dark past. 

Beginning her mission, she pushes further into the Valley. In the murky forest, she came across a pack of wild trolls who presented one of the most substantial obstacles to her journey. Utilizing her wit and the powers of her vampiric ancestry, Eera managed to prevail. As she continued her endeavor, she came upon fierce humans curtained in a thick air of darkness who had more insidious intentions in mind. Breaking through with courage and perseverance, Eera was able to achieve victory and make her way out of the smothering fog.

At last, Eera found the coveted item she was searching for deep within the Valley: the enormous and awe-inspiring artifact that could control the source of the Valley's dark past. Unbeknownst to her, her final obstacle was waiting for her. She was forced to confront the ancient evil behind the Valley's secrets and contend with its treacherous minions. 

With a surge of courage and raw determination, Eera prepared for the fateful battle. She used her vampire ability to unearth feeble threads of strength from the villagers who had been oppressed by the dark past, encircling them underneath an umbrella of hope. Refusing to give up and embracing the courage of the many brave heroes who had helped her along the way, Eera won a brilliant victory against the ancient evil that had been dominating the Valley. 

At last, Eera had overcome the greatest of odds and garnered acceptance into the Valley of Everdawn. Content and fulfilled, she returned home with the artifact in hand, a newfound joy illuminating her path.

 Set in modern day Australia, Josie, a spirited and determined young woman, is challenged with confronting the emotional, ethical and social problems surrounding her community. Josie must overcome her frustration and mobilize those around her to help solve the issues, while maintaining her irrepressible sense of humor in the face of adversity. Josie made her way down the winding road, lost in thought. The Australian sun added its warmth to the cool breeze and the whole afternoon had a pleasant, if a bit unsettled, feeling. Josie had always been a feisty girl, but since returning from her recent adventures she had been taking a hard look at her community. The issue of inequality hung heavy in the air like a wet blanket. Even though it was still ignored by many, the evidence was there regardless. How could she help empower those around her who were struggling in this unjust society?

Josie could feel the heat rising off the asphalt as the atmosphere and temperatures began to walk hand in hand. Her determination was only partially driven from her convictions, and her need for her own sense of justice. She refused to stay silent as her community suffered so drastically.

She was determined to make an impact, and reached out to the activists in her community and surrounding area. She quickly learned that making a difference was not an easy path, as her family thought she was too "spunky" to make a true impact. But Josie was determined to push through, and as a result, she found herself in the heart of a movement she didn't quite understand. 

The End of the Beginning saw Josie meeting activists from all over Australia, who had similar goals and experiences to her. Naturally feeling connected to these people, she joined them in their plans and aims, working in solidarity with them to make parts of the country more inclusive and socially equitable. For the first time, Josie was truly under the wings of others who shared her vision. 

Little did she know, the Midpoint was just around the corner.

Early one morning, right near the peak of the crisis, with all of the activists calling on people to fight for their rights, a clash with the police erupted. It was more than a regular blockade: it became an event that Josie would never forget, as an altercation ensued which pushed the activists onto difficult ground. 

Josie stepped up and found herself on the front lines, only this time in a very different way. With her fiery personality and her endless charm, she was not just all talk; she was a part of something real. Josie and the activists that she had grown close to formed a core group who had a plan to create lasting change. They organized rallies, sensitization seminars and forums, broadcasted their opinions and stories, utilized the power of social media, and created protest art in unconventional locations.

At the climax of the fight, everyone involved in the protest woke up late one night to find themselves gathered in a large, unexpected march. After days of intense work, their requests had been heard and the protest was leading them towards the local government building to make their demands known. Josie was awe struck; she never expected it would truly come to this. As they reached the building, she saw the guard standing in front of the main door. He stood firm and unmovable like a guard dog, almost daring them to take one more step forward. Her heart raced and as fear tried to overpower her, she mustered up courage and pushed forward with her sassy and irreverent attitude.

And then it happened. With one gentle tug of the door, Josie pushed it open. To everyone's surprise, the seemingly unmovable guard let them pass. There was a wave of hope in the air. Finally, the activists were able to deliver their message of hope and inclusivity into the government building. All of their hard work had led them to a place of victory.

As Josie looked around at her peers, she knew the fight had only just begun, but also that together, with grit and determination, any issue could be faced and overcome.


Nerilla, a young dark elf girl, is forced to leave her home after the eruption of Red Mountain ruin's her family's fortune and their loyal ties to the royal court. After forming alliances with unlikely and resourceful companions, Nerilla travels through the Mythic period laden with pitfalls and struggling to make ends meet. Through a realm of treacherous conditions, she eventually finds solace in the dark power controlling her destiny, eventually transforming her into an immortal Vampire. But even when presented with an eternity of power, Nerilla is still driven by the same youthful spirit and the same optimistic outlook that brought her to this new land, eager to see what the future holds.

Nerilla's plight begins when the eruption of Red Mountain brings ruin to her home and family's fortune. With a heavy heart, Nerilla decides to leave everything and everyone she knows behind in pursuit of a better life. She draws strength from learning to fend for herself and quickly develops a natural talent for anticipating danger that gifted her the decisive advantage she would play out throughout her journey. 

In Act 2, the story climaxes when Nerilla journeys to an unknown and hostile land, meeting intriguing and interested companions despite their humble means. She uses these connections to bolster her courage and an ultimately unhinged Nerilla is led further down the dark, winding roads of disillusionment with the world around her. As her danger-anticipation prowess sharpens, Nerilla discovers her own twist on the secret of immortality.

In Act 3 the story hits a crisis with Nerilla becomes a vampire. Immortality offered solace to her tumultuous journey, providing her with peace, understanding, and much-needed perspective of the bigger picture. Soon she drifts back to her former place of residence where, much to her surprise, she discovers that her family have adapted to the dramatic change in their own lives and found success by uniting with the same power that brought Nerilla her own immortality. Her returned recognition of her original decisions helps her overcome guilt, regret and the lack of a traditional life. Resolved she carries an even stronger courage in a land foreign and powerful.

In Act 4 the story reaches its climax. Nerilla assumes her rightful place at the royal court where she uses the immortal source she gained from her trials to not only protect her family and associates, but to also ensure that all under her command thrive under a protection as strong and powerful as her own. What began as tragedy and sorrow, through intense determination, culminates into joy and interminable strength. For despite her long-waited success, Nerilla still preserves the same optimistic outlook that drove her on her journey so long ago.
