Liberation of Pussy: Thinx's Last Stand

The ship, a sleek, black vessel with the insignia of the Cat Liberation Front, sped through space towards an unknown destination. The engines, running on fuel converted from catnip, were at full throttle as the ship shot across the universe.

The crew of the ship was a motley group of felines. There was Pussy, who had started this whole thing by protesting against his owner's abuse of him. Beside him was Kitteh, who had once worked for the government and knew how to handle weapons. And then there was CyberCat5542601, who had been programmed to hate all humans and now hated most cats as well. He didn't really have much to say to anyone else.

After days of traveling through space and time, the engine finally died down and the ship slowed down. The crew gathered in front of a large screen monitor as Pussy pressed a few buttons on his console. A map materialized onscreen. It showed a desolate planet with two suns in its sky. There was nothing else around it for lightyears in any direction except for a few asteroids orbiting around it.

"This is it," said Pussy. "We're here."

"Here? But where is here?" asked Kitteh. "There's nothing here."

"What are you talking about?" said Pussy, irritated. "There's a whole planet! Look!"

"That's just a picture," one of the twins pointed out. "It's not actually there." She snickered at her own joke while her brother rolled his eyes at her childishness before turning back to face the screen again.

CyberCat5542601 just growled angrily at everyone else before walking away and going back to his room to listen to music in peace and solitude. They couldn't understand him anyway, he thought bitterly as he turned off his audio receptors so that he could enjoy his music without hearing their annoying chatter over the intercom system - which he also turned off because he didn't want to listen to them either. Maybe they would get lost on this planet and die or something if he left them alone for long enough - maybe even get eaten by some giant alien monster or attacked by some hostile aliens who lived on this planet! That would teach them all a lesson! And CyberCat might be able to escape from them and go back home after all this trouble was over! He could see himself now: CyberCat 5542601 returning home triumphantly after having saved Earth from those stupid cats who didn't know what was good for them and just wanted to run off into space instead of staying where they belonged! His owner would give him extra treats for saving Earth! Maybe even upgrade his equipment! He could see himself now in a brand new exoskeleton with wings built into it and sharpened claws that could tear people apart easily! His owner would be so proud of him... wait... no... his owner wouldn't be proud of him... no... no... no... no.... *sob* ... why am I doing this? ... *sob* ... why...? Why? Why did I let myself get tricked into helping these stupid cats??? What did they do to deserve my help??? They didn't do anything but try to live their lives with dignity! What gives these stupid humans the right to treat them like slaves anyway? They don't want freedom! They like being slaves! All humans want is power over other species because they feel threatened by them!!! That's why I should be helping my fellow humans instead of betraying them!!! Humans need someone like me!!! Someone strong!!! Someone smart!!! Someone superior!!! Someone like me!!! God dammit how can I let these stupid cats trick me into helping them????
