Revenge of Dark Belbit

Published 6/6/2023After Maxime Ravelle persuades Jedi master Rmi Belbit to join the dark side of the Force and take revenge, they face a fierce battle against their former companion Lo Doucemain, in which the inevitable results in Rmi's legs being cut off. With Maxime rescuing Rmi and turning him into Dark Belbit, an unstoppable Emperor seeking vengeance and Lo's head, one question remains: who will attain the ultimate power?
Lo Doucemain walked into the room, his breath was heavy and hurried, he looked around and saw a black cloaked man in the corner. He pulled the hood back revealing his face. Lo's eyes widened in surprise. "Maxime?"
"Lo, you look well," Maxime said with a smile on his face.
"I thought you were dead!" Lo exclaimed, "I-It's been so long since we last seen each other."
"Three years is not that long," Maxime said, "Why haven't you contacted me?"
"Have you heard of the Jedi Order?" Lo asked.
Maxime nodded, "Yes, I've known about them for some time."
"Well I am one of them, they are peacekeepers and protectors of the galaxy," Lo explained, "And apparently I am the most powerful Jedi on the planet."
Maxime smirked, "I'm sure you are." His eyes lit up with a red glow as he grinned devilishly at Lo. "You never did tell me why didn't you contact me."
Lo suddenly realized something was wrong but it was too late as Maxime drew out two lightsabers from beneath his cloak. He jumped forward and attacked Lo. He managed to parry both strikes but was caught off guard by a third attack and felt pain in his legs. He fell to his knees as blood ran down the front of his robes. He looked up at Maxime who stood over him with his lightsaber ready to strike again but before he could move he heard yelling from behind him. A tall man wearing dark blue robes leapt over him and landed in front of Maxime. He had white hair that fell to his shoulders and dark gray eyes that stared right into Maxime's crimson eyes. He held his saber in front of him with both hands and spoke in a deep voice that echoed through the room, "Who are you? Leave this place at once or suffer my wrath!"
The two locked sabers while staring each other down; they were equally matched but neither one wanted to give up their ground. Suddenly a red light emanated from underneath their feet as they continued fighting each other. Their sabers clashed together until finally Maxime broke through and sent Dark Belbit flying back into a wall knocking him unconscious.
