"Sir, are you sure about this?"

"Of course I'm sure, it's what we came here for."

"I know but... It's a fucking dragon! How do you even know that it will be able to fit?"

"Don't worry, I'm sure it can. I've been training my ass these past few months and I think this is the right time to test it out!"

The two men were standing in front of the mouth of an enormous cavern. The low rumble that escaped from it gave away the fact that they had found their destination. The two were clad in full armor, ready for battle when the time came, but for now they were just observing their target. Their job was to hunt down and kill any dragons that posed a threat to the kingdom and this one was definitely one of them. It hadn't done anything yet, but there had been reports of missing livestock near the cave and if left unchecked dragon attacks could escalate into much more serious problems for the kingdom. They had to act now before things got any worse.

One of the men unsheathed his sword and pointed at the cave with its tip. "There he is." He said. The other man grunted in agreement as he prepared himself to fight at his colleague's side. After a few moments of silence they heard a faint flapping sound followed by a deep rumbling roar. And then all hell broke loose as a gigantic creature burst out of the cave and flew straight towards them. It was huge! Easily twice as big as a horse, maybe even bigger! As soon as it landed on the ground its wings shrunk back into its body making it look like some sort of grotesque mix between a reptile and a bird. It was covered in scales which were glistening in all sorts of shades of blue and green which reminded them of the ocean on a sunny day; only these scales looked sharp enough to cut through steel like butter! Only one thought crossed their minds: "Oh shit!"

The knights charged towards their target slashing wildly with their swords hoping to hit something vital before it would be too late. One strike after another connected with its body but no wounds were inflicted besides small scratches on its scales. The dragon didn't seem too worried about them as it just kept looking at them with curiosity in its eyes while staying perfectly still. Its tail swished around lazily reminding them of how dangerous it could be if it decided to turn them into mincemeat instead. Then suddenly, without warning, it took off again into the air where they knew they would have no chance against it if they wanted to live, so they ran back towards their horses hoping that they would be safe enough out in open terrain where they wouldn't be easy prey for their airborne enemy.

After regrouping at a safe distance from their target the knights decided that now would be the best time to use one of the tricks up their sleeve: fire arrows! They grabbed some arrows from their quivers and started firing away at their target hoping for something to finally hit home. The arrows ignited as soon as they left their bows and turned into small fireballs mid-air as they flew towards their target. Unfortunately none managed to hit anything vital since most missed entirely or landed harmlessly on top of its head or shoulders (which didn't seem like good news). The dragon seemed unfazed by all this though as he just continued flying around seemingly not bothered by all this commotion below him until suddenly three fireballs seemed to converge together above him and formed into one large fireball directly above his head! Suddenly he felt an intense pain on his scalp as he saw three arrows pierce his skull entering his brain through his eye sockets one after another before finally falling lifelessly out of sight behind a mountain nearby leaving only smoke rising from where it once lay waiting for someone else to finish off these pests once and for all...
