The Forgotten Symphony

As I went to grab my towel, I noticed a strange piece of paper folded up on the floor, next to my left shoe. Though not sure what it was, I picked it up and unfolded it, revealing the following:

"Hello, my name is Michaela Brown. I am a time traveler from the future who has come back in time to find you. My mission is to stop Franko Strom "The World's Strongest Man", who will take over the world in 20 years and make an empire that rules with fear. He rose to power by assassinating Obama in 2024 during his second term as president. He then became president himself and formed a cult whose members include people in positions of power all around the world. I cannot tell you much more else than that, but know when you least expect it, he will try and get you."

I looked at the paper confusedly and was about to crumple it up and throw it away, until I realized something: There was no way this could be real. It was probably a joke. Who would write something like this? The only person I could think of was my friend David. He always does bets on stupid things that would never happen, like if he could get me to eat a plain pickle. So there was no way this could be real, but still... why would he do something like this?

I put down the crumpled paper on my desk and went to grab my backpack from the floor. When I went back down stairs, my mom had already made breakfast for me. As usual she had made her famous blueberry pancakes with bacon pieces on top of them. She always says they're good for me since they have lots of protein and vitamins and stuff like that. But I don't need those things in my pancakes, they taste great just how they are!

I ate as much as I could without looking like a pig in front of my mom and stuffed the rest into one of my pockets so that it wouldn't go bad before lunchtime or whatever meal we were having after lunch today (I usually forget). After breakfast, I walked out the door with David who started talking immediately: "So dude... have you seen that new movie Chuck Norris Vs Hitler?"

"What?" I said while opening my car door and getting inside the driver's seat. "No man, I haven't seen that movie yet." I replied as I started up the engine. "Wow dude! You gotta watch it! It's so cool!" David said excitedly as he got into his car next to mine.. We drove off towards school talking about some other random things until we arrived at school parking lot where we parked our cars next to each other again before walking into school together like we always do every morning.

As we entered the school building, David continued babbling about the Chuck Norris vs Hitler movie, but my thoughts kept drifting back to the mysterious paper I had found earlier. What if it wasn't just a prank? What if there was some truth to it? The idea seemed absurd, but the words on that paper had sparked something deep inside me.

Throughout the day, I couldn't shake off the feeling of being watched. Every time I turned my head, expecting to catch someone's gaze, there was no one there. Paranoia swept through me like a chilling breeze, making me question every face I crossed in the hallways. Was it all in my head, or was someone truly monitoring my every move?

Lunchtime came, and I found myself sitting alone at our usual table in the cafeteria. While everyone around me chatted and laughed, I couldn't help but wonder about the cryptic message I had found. The name "Franko Strom" echoed in my mind, like an unfamiliar melody stuck on repeat. Who was he, and why had he become such a threat in the future?

Lost in my thoughts, I barely registered David sliding into the seat across from me, a tray of food in his hand. "Hey, dude, what's up with you today? You've been acting all weird," he said, his brows furrowing with concern.

I hesitated, contemplating whether to share my discovery with him. After all, David was notorious for his elaborate pranks. But there was something different about this situation. This wasn't just a prank; it felt like a puzzle waiting to be solved. "David, I found something strange this morning," I finally admitted, reaching into my pocket and pulling out the folded paper.

David's eyes widened as he read the words, his excitement turning into a mix of disbelief and curiosity. "No way... A time traveler? The world's strongest man? Dude, this must be some next-level prank!" he exclaimed, glancing around the cafeteria to see if anyone else was in on it.

"I thought so too, but... what if it's real?" I whispered, a hint of uncertainty in my voice. "What if there's more to all of this?"

David leaned closer, his voice dropping to a conspiratorial hush. "Alright, let's play along," he said, a mischievous glint in his eyes. "We'll investigate this, like those mystery-solving kids in the movies. But promise me one thing, buddy: if things get too dangerous, we'll bail, no questions asked."

I nodded, a wave of determination flooding through me. Together, we would uncover the truth behind this enigmatic message, no matter how improbable or far-fetched it seemed.

Over the next few days, David and I delved into a rabbit hole of research. We scoured the internet for any information on Franko Strom, Obama's assassination, and any signs of secret cults operating in the shadows. Our search led us to obscure forums and conspiracy theories, where truth mingled with fiction in a dizzying dance.

One night, as midnight loomed over the town, David and I found ourselves huddled in my room, surrounded by stacks of papers and a corkboard covered in photographs and newspaper clippings. Exhaustion clung to our bones, but our determination burned brightly.

"This is insane," David muttered, his voice laced with awe. "Look at this, dude. Franko Strom's rise to power, the mysterious cult... It's all connected, somehow. And we're getting closer."

I traced my finger over a photograph of Franko Strom, his stern face staring back at us with an unsettling intensity. "There's something about him," I said, my voice barely a whisper. "I can't shake off the feeling that he's real. That this isn't just some elaborate hoax."

As the clock struck midnight, we made a pact to keep digging, to uncover the truth that lay dormant in the shadows. Little did we know that our search for answers would awaken forces far beyond our comprehension, forces that would challenge everything we thought we knew about reality.

And so, as the night deepened, David and I embarked on a treacherous journey, ready to confront the unknown and face a destiny we never could have imagined. The coming days would test our mettle, our resilience, and our belief in what is possible. For the world awaited the arrival of Franko Strom, the man who would shape our future with fear, and we were the only ones standing in his path.
