Galathar and the Ancient Evil

Galathar, the charismatic leader of the dragons of New Zealand, is approached by a mysterious figure bearing dire news. An ancient evil, unheard of in the wake of New Zealand's long-forgotten history, has started to awaken. Galathar recognizes the weight of the task before them and galvanizes her dragon cohort to leave their kingdom on a quest to save their people from the arising darkness.

After gathering the provisions they'll need on such a venture, the dragons set off on their arduous journey. Relying ever on Galathar's unwavering courage and optimism, even the daunting obstacle of a magical forest full of enigmatic creatures could not turn the dragons back. Reaching the other side unscathed, the dragons pass onto an open plain as they near the halfway point of their quest.

Pushing ever onward, Galathar and her dragons must now present their next challenge – to face the mighty Cacodaur, an ancient construct of incomparable size and ferocity whose unscrupulous power unleashed upon their home kingdom could prove disastrous. Preparing themselves for battle, the bandits are shocked when their weapons and magic have no effect on the Cacodaur, who shows ruthless indifference. Thinking quickly, Galathar remembers the mysterious riddles from before, deciphering an old solution that when finally employed, defeats the Cacodaur in a single moment.

Having gained full access to the remainder of their travels, the dragons waste no time in pushing ever onward on their quest, energetically followed all the way by the unstoppable Cacodaur, whose loyalty and respect towards the dragons had been earned.

The terrain of the island becomes more treacherous with every step, culminating in the trip's imminent death the Cliff of Magnestros – a precipitous drop that plunges deep into the darkness of an unforgiving sea. Peering over the edge, Galathar and her comrades are confronted by the consequences of success or failure.

Desperate for a way to cross, the dragons attempt to scale the transcendent wall before them, snaking ever upwards in pursuit of a path never before taken.

Aided by the Cacodaur, who does its best to protect the dragons from the hidden enemies, the group's inner strength is tested with every step as they jump from cracking ledges and search for hollows in the cliff face. As the dragons inch ever closer to the top, the mysterious evil increases its presence around the island.

With the arrival of twilight, the dragons and the Cacodaur claw their way onto a plateau, faced with the final confrontation with the ancient evil. As their passions blaze, Galathar rallies her dragon companions in a daring and spectacular battle of good versus evil. In an epic battle of courage and determination, Galathar and her cohorts persevere and, in the coming dawn of a new day, the evil is vanquished and the kingdom celebrates an unexpected relighting of hope and justice in the world.
