Vivienne's Worldly Wanderings

"You're on a boat and you see a whale, what do you do?"

"Why are you asking me this?"

"I'm trying to figure out how long I should cook the meat from our catch."

"I don't know, ask Onyx."

"He's taking a nap. So it'll be your fault if we eat raw fish for dinner."

"Fine, I guess... I'd try to swim away as fast as possible."

"That's what I thought. You know, there are no whales in the Mediterranean, not anymore at least." Vivienne paused to admire the sun shining on the water. "Now Onyx's turn. If you have an infinite supply of cookies and milk, would you drink all of it or go back to bed?"

"I don't have an infinite supply, but we could probably go back to bed after we eat lunch." He laughed nervously at his joke. "And that is enough questions". Onyx pushed them off the side of the boat into the water and he pulled her close for a kiss.

"We've been together for nearly two months now. Are you getting bored? You haven't even asked me about my family or my childhood," Vivienne said later that night as they lay next to each other in their tiny cabin on board the old fishing boat. They had taken refuge from the cool evening air under their tent-like mosquito netting draped over their hammock.

Onyx picked up her hand, rubbing her thumb with his fingers, tracing circles on her palm with his thumb. "I love your hands," he said softly. "Your fingers arched like this look sexy as hell..." He trailed off, staring at her hand as he gently squeezed her middle finger between his thumb and forefinger. Then he looked into her eyes again with a smile on his lips. "But I don't need to know anything else about your past because what we have here and now is more than enough for me." He rolled onto his side and slid one arm under her neck so that he could kiss her on the lips. His other hand held hers tight against his chest while he kissed her with passion and tenderness at the same time. His tongue stroked hers slowly before he broke off the kiss and rested his forehead against hers so that they were looking into each other's eyes again. "Do you understand?" He searched her face for any signs of confusion or doubt. Vivienne smiled at him brightly and nodded before taking a deep breath to continue with what she had intended to say before getting interrupted by their kiss. She sat up in their hammock and slipped off her loose fitting cotton shirt revealing two round mounds topped by pinkish brown nipples standing erect from perfect pale breasts that were covered in freckles on top of soft white skin. "Do you want me?" she asked softly as she slowly lowered herself onto him until she was sitting astride across his hips so that they were pressed against each other from stomach to ankles as they kissed again passionately while she ran her fingers through his thick dark hair and down along his strong neck onto his broad shoulders where she felt the muscles shift under his smooth skin as he moved beneath her touch. She pulled away from him slightly so that she could take in all of him at once - his lips swollen red from kissing hers hard, eyes closed tightly as he breathed deeply through parted lips, cheeks flushed rosy red from arousal, big hands resting lightly on her hips still caressing them every now and then whenever he thought of it while they lay there quietly enjoying this moment when they were close enough to feel each other's heat and hear each other's heartbeat but not saying anything because words would only ruin this moment right now when nothing else mattered except being close together...

And then there was a loud bang followed by splashing alongside the boat followed by another loud bang right next to them making them jump apart faster than lightning bolts because someone was shooting at them! Vivienne sat up quickly in their hammock just fast enough to duck behind it while Onyx jumped forward with a knife in his hand ready to defend them both if necessary but too late because there was another loud bang followed by another splashing sound - this time making him duck down behind their table instead of running away because although another bullet hit their little cabin making it shudder violently it didn't penetrate through the walls - thank God for cheap Chinese plywood! They both held their breaths listening carefully for any sounds outside of the boat but heard nothing except waves breaking against its sides making it bob up and down a little too violently for comfort so they remained where they were hiding from whoever was shooting at them which was obviously an accident but who knows whether or not whoever shot at them wasn't going to walk around back here all nonchalant like after firing all those shots into the ocean just far enough away not to hit anyone but close enough not to miss either!

Finally convinced that whoever shot at them must have given up after waiting outside while they hid here longer than they wanted to because they finally thought it safe enough to peek out from behind cover only realize that they had been found out much sooner than expected because someone was inside their boat! A woman dressed in clothes made out of animal skins stood near their table holding a bow loaded with an arrow aimed right at Onyx's head! Her long curly hair fell down over both shoulders framing sharp features softened by what looked like painted eyelashes surrounding bright blue eyes staring straight ahead unmoving without blinking but she didn't seem surprised at all when she noticed Vivienne peeking out from behind cover instead just kept looking straight ahead through those blue irises ignoring everything else around around including Onyx standing just a few feet away from her with his knife held high ready for another attack - which never came thanks God!
