Claressa turned around and looked at Ggelez sitting quietly behind her with his tail wrapped around his legs while looking forward at nothing in particular. He seemed very content with just watching the ocean rolling along steadily under them. His eyes showed no emotion at all except maybe curiosity, but perhaps that was just because his eyes weren’t really eyes after all but rather parts of his face that moved as if they were eyes on living creatures like humans do sometimes when they are surprised or angry or happy or sad...or other emotions too!

Ggelez didn’t really talk much except for rare times when he did speak up with words Claressa didn’t understand like “blay-ack-ssaaah-ghey-knoot-teeahh -faaaar-cuhhh....". That usually happened when Claressa asked him questions about things like how long it would take them to reach France or what kind of weather conditions they should expect along their journey or how fast this ship could go...things like that which Ggelez always answered in some very long language that sounded like gibberish mixed with sounds from birds and animals mixed together strangely together between short pauses while he sucked in deep breaths through his nose while staring at Claressa with those yellow light-bulb-looking eyes and waiting patiently for something else before continuing speaking again with lots more gobbledygook!

Ggelez didn’t really talk much except for rare times when he would answer her queries in a language she couldn't fathom. When Claressa asked him questions regarding the duration of their journey, weather conditions, or the ship's speed, Ggelez would respond with an extensive speech that seemed to be a peculiar mix of animal sounds and indistinguishable words. Although it was challenging to comprehend, Claressa noticed that Ggelez would often pause for breath before resuming his unusual oration.

Claressa eventually concluded that Ggelez probably understood more about this world than most humans did because he seemed smarter than most people she had met so far...and certainly smarter than most humans who spoke French! So it wasn't surprising then why Ggelez kept talking as if he knew everything while Claressa listened as if it were just normal conversation between friends standing outside on such a beautiful day!

But Claressa couldn't help but wonder what lay beneath Ggelez's enigmatic facade. There were moments when she caught a glimmer of something deeper in his gaze, a hidden reservoir of knowledge that surpassed anything she could comprehend. It was as if behind those non-eyes, there was an entire world waiting to be unraveled.

Days turned into weeks, and weeks into months as their ship sailed across the vast expanse of the ocean. Claressa and Ggelez had become an inseparable duo, their bond forged through shared experiences and moments of quiet understanding. They would spend hours together on the deck, staring into the horizon, contemplating the universe that lay both above and below.

One evening, as the amber hues of the setting sun cast a warm glow upon their faces, Claressa finally summoned the courage to probe deeper into Ggelez's mysterious nature. She turned to him and asked, "Ggelez, what are you? I mean, what kind of being are you exactly?"

Ggelez blinked slowly, the corners of his mouth twitching into what could almost be interpreted as a smile. His voice, when it emerged from his throat, was a melodic blend of chirps and clicks. "Claressa, my dear friend," he began, "I am known as a Zephyr, a being from a realm beyond your understanding. My kind possesses ancient wisdom, acquired through eons of existence."

Claressa leaned forward, her curiosity piqued. "Tell me more, Ggelez. I want to understand the world as you do."

Ggelez's eyes darkened, the flicker of distant memories dancing across their depths. "Long before your species roamed this land, Zephyrs were the guardians of the elements. We lived in harmony with the winds, the waters, and the earth itself. But as time passed, humans emerged, with their incessant desire to conquer and control."

His voice grew heavier as he continued, "A great rift formed between our worlds, and slowly, the Zephyrs disappeared from the mortal realm, preserving our existence within the fabric of myths and legends. I am the last of my kind, tasked to observe and guide those I deem worthy."

Claressa's heart raced with a mixture of awe and sadness. She had always sensed that Ggelez held a profound significance, but she never expected him to possess such a mythical heritage. "Why have you chosen me, Ggelez? What have I done to deserve your guidance?"

Ggelez's gaze softened, a tenderness seeping into the cracks of his stoic demeanor. "Claressa, you possess an unyielding curiosity and an open heart. Through our journey, I have witnessed the way your soul resonates with the rhythm of the world. You have the capacity to bridge the gap between our realms, to restore balance and understanding."

Claressa was overwhelmed, tears pooling in her eyes. She had embarked on this voyage with the intention of fulfilling her wanderlust, but little did she know that she would uncover a greater purpose. She reached out and clasped Ggelez's clawed hand, offering him her unwavering support.

As the ship sailed onward, Claressa and Ggelez became not just companions, but co-conspirators in a grand mission to rekindle the forgotten bond between the mortals and the mystical. Together, they would traverse uncharted territories, facing peril and wonder with equal measures of courage and humility. And as they ventured deeper into the unknown, the echoes of the ancient Zephyrs whispered in their ears, guiding them towards a destiny that would forever alter the course of both human and celestial realms.
