"Hey, buddy, you got any change?"
I kept my eyes on my phone and shook my head. The guy slouched and moved on.
"Yeah, I see you got a phone," he said, turning back around. "You ain't gonna buy me no booze with that thing."
"Then I guess you're out of luck," I told him, raising my eyebrows.
His face contorted and his skin turned red. He stepped over to stand in front of me.
"Listen here, bitch boy," he spat, "you don't want to mess with me." He held up his fist, clenched tight. "I'll knock your ass out right here."
I looked back down at my phone. A notification popped up:
> You have received $50,000 in emergency funds from an anonymous donor!
I sighed and stood up.
I placed my hands on either side of the man's head and pushed down hard until he fell over like a bag of rocks. And then dropped some more rocks on him for good measure before moving off down the street.
> Your helpfulness rating has increased by 10 points! This has risen your helpfulness from 0% to 10%. You will receive $1 towards your next purchase!
The notification ended and was replaced by another:
> You have reached a new milestone! You are now considered "Asshole"! Please take advantage of your new status when possible as it could really help someone who needs it!
