"It's so nice to finally meet you," Carol said as she led Scott inside.

"I feel like I know you already, you and your mother were such good friends with my parents."

Scott had been worried about how he would be received by the new Mrs. Parker. He had never met his father's second wife before their wedding, but he feared that she might hold him responsible for her husbands untimely death. It turned out, however, that she was a charming older lady who was very excited to meet her son's first friend. They walked into the house and she showed him around, leading him into the kitchen where they sat down to talk while she made some tea. The house was small, but cozy and well kept. She told him all about her life since his father died, how she had moved back to the neighborhood after living in Florida for a few years, taking a job at a local grocery store. Her life seemed very nice and normal and Scott soon relaxed into their conversation.

After a while there was a knock on the door. "Oh, that must be Mrs. Davis," she said as she got up from the table and went to answer it. She returned just as quickly as she left and told Scott that his friends were here too.

He got up from the table and followed her through the hallway to the front door where three teenage boys were standing on her porch looking in through the screen door window at them. He waved at them and they stepped inside, shaking hands with Carol as they entered. They all looked nervous to meet her and Scott wondered why until he saw her breasts hanging out of her blouse again as they shook hands with her; he realized this was probably not the first time they'd seen them today.

When they were all seated around the table again, Carol set down four mugs of tea and took one for herself before beginning to speak: "I'm happy that you have decided to visit me today," she stated calmly with a smile on her face as she took a sip of tea from her mug. "I think it is wonderful that we are able to renew our friendship now that our children are growing up together."

"Yeah... it's great isn't it?" Scott replied slowly as he thought about what he had just witnessed in front of his friends; this wasn't an act like last night when his mom pulled out those big things just for him... there was no way Carol didn't know that those boys could see what was going on under her dress! He began to get nervous when he realized how flustered his friends were getting as they shifted around in their chairs uncomfortably and tried not to look at Carol's cleavage for fear of being called out on it by Scott or his mother if they did so openly. "So ma'am... can I call you ma'am?" Scott asked quickly trying to change the subject away from these strange acts of hers which obviously freaked out his friends who had never seen anything like this before. "Anyway... thank you so much for having us over today."

"Of course," Carol replied with another smile before taking another sip of tea from her mug. "You're quite welcome," she continued after setting down her cup again. "But I am curious why you came here today?" She asked curiously looking over each boy carefully before continuing: "You don't seem very comfortable here today..." She took another sip of tea and then waited patiently for an answer from any one of them before continuing: "Why don't you open up about whatever you want to say? I promise that I won't tell anyone if I think your secrets are safe with me."

The boys looked at one another nervously once more before Kevin broke their silence: "Well... umm... we were kinda wondering why you're acting strangely today," he said nervously looking down at his own teacup in front of him on the table; everyone else nodded in agreement silently waiting for Carol's response while feeling slightly relieved that Kevin had finally broken the ice with this question rather than leaving them all wondering if they should pose it themselves or keep quiet about their suspicions regarding their hostess' unusual behavior today.

Carol looked at each boy individually before speaking again: "I am simply acting normally," she replied evenly before taking another sip of tea from her mug. The boys exchanged glances, and eventually Scott decided to address the situation more directly. "Carol, we're just concerned because it seems like your attire might be causing some embarrassment for everybody here. If it's unintentional, maybe you could adjust your blouse a bit?"

Carol seemed genuinely surprised but quickly understood the issue. With a slight blush, she apologized and adjusted her clothing, ensuring that everything was well-covered. The atmosphere in the room instantly felt more relaxed, and they were able to continue their conversation with ease. From then on, their newfound friendships among the families continued to flourish, leaving behind the
