Svetlana's Surreal Sojourn

Svetlana was a 75 year old woman from the small town of Sudoverf. She was unusually fond of Turkish series and made it her mission to explore the surrounding world, at least any area she could access. Most days in her day, Svetlana would plug in her headphones and wander around, conversing with the people that chose to entertain her.

Throughout her journey, she encountered characters of all personalities, some irrational and witty and others rationally matured, each having their own unique charm. When conversing with locals, Svetlana would naturally joke her way around difficult or slightly awkward topics, leading to new conversations and intriguing observations of their cultures and surroundings.

Whenever it was time for Svetlana to stop for tea, a hot meal, and a few minutes of solace, she'd switch on her favorite Turkish Series as she watched hours fly by. Until one day, when her beloved show was interrupted, a rerun being aired instead.

At the end of the beginning 90 minutes of her journey, Svetlana had experienced enough of the diverse culture and hilarious interactions to come to a crossroads in her adventure.

At the , Svetlana finally decided to start taking into account her granny's advice and stop worrying about the small stuff and living in the present. She started to reconfiguring her mindset, recognizing the experiences she had gone through and focusing on cherishing the coincidences and laughing through various mistakes.

Adventuring towards her last stop, Svetlana was criticized by many and commended by a few. Not wanting to give into self-doubt or other negative feelings, she pressed on, taking time to admire the beauty in each locality, have meaningful conversations with its people, and dive into her daydreams of grand cities and unimaginable stairs.

Upon reaching the , Svetlana found herself the topic of various heated conversations, the funny granny that everyone was talking about. In her attempt to tell her own version of the journey, she was unable to explain how she had to be that character for its people so Svetlana had to build enough of herself up to be able to explain herself and help others understand.

At this point, Svetlana suddenly realized the value of her being, gaining a certain pride that she was she has never felt before. As she was walking down the climax of her journey, introspecting within and without, she had grown a sense of accomplishment and sanity within her. Svetlana had realized through her adventure, that it's OK to be herself, to make mistakes and laugh through them. Her esteemed granny then added on top that there was always a relationship between being serious and funny - one does not take away the other.

Now nearing the end of her journey, Svetlana realized that this expedition was far more irresistible than the latest fad of Turkish Series and kept on looking for new enticements, inspired by her own pride, love, and eagerness. That is what drove her back home from her small town Sudoverf, eventually coming to a close.
