Amy and the Wilds of Stone Age Earth

Amy was on her way to the port when she heard rustling in the bushes.

“Gotcha!” yelled a voice from behind her.

Amy spun around, only to see some kid with a slingshot looking back at her. The kid had a thick accent that was hard for Amy to understand. He looked like he was ten or eleven years old, with bright blue eyes and blond hair.

“You know you shouldn’t sneak up on people like that?” said Amy. “I could have been dangerous.”

The child looked at her skeptically. “Dangerous? Yeah right, what are you gonna do? Wave your hands around and turn into an elephant? I don’t think so!”

Amy let out an exasperated sigh and shook her head. “So what is your name kid?”

“My name ain’t kid! It’s Andrew! And it wasn’t my fault you were so easy to sneak up on, you were just staring off into space like an idiot! And anyway, who are you supposed to be? Some kind of queen or something? You look like a farmer girl to me. Where are your animals anyway? You got slaves too? I hear all your people have slaves!”

Amy glared at him. “I am not from here, I am from another planet called Earth, and I am not a farmer girl. Also, I don’t have any slaves. That is fucked up by the way! Wow! Anyway, maybe if you weren’t so full of shit you would have noticed that I was an alien before now! My clothes are not even made out of animal skin, they are made out of metal! I also can talk with animals and other stuff like that too! So you should watch what you say about me asshole! You better start talking nice or else I will throw rocks at you or something! Your friends will get hurt too if they don't help me find my way here instead of being jerks to me all day long!" Amy said angrily in English while glaring at the kid as she pointed towards the path leading out of town .

The child stared at Amy stunned for a moment before breaking out laughing. “What kind of joke is this!? You can't speak our language! Your words don't make any sense, and why would those stupid birds listen to anything you say anyway!? This isn't funny at all lady! Now go away before one of my friends sees this and makes fun of me for talking to some freak show from another planet or whatever it is that you think you're from." The child then turned around and began to walk back towards town .

Amy watched the boy walk away before turning around and following after him. “You know what kid?! The world would be better off without people like yourself in it!"
