Honey Hotrod and The Bronze-Age Curse

I wake up and see the sun, it's faint but...

I realize where I am.

I'm in my room at my parent's house, after a long drive.

I sigh as I sit up. I feel lost and lonely, I've been on the road for close to two months now.

My mind drifts back to the last time I saw my brother, he was standing over me with a gun. His eyes cold and unforgiving.

"If you ever tell anyone about this you will die." He said calmly before walking away from me. "Don't even think of coming after me, that just makes it worse for all of us."

I remember sitting there on the floor of the cabin in shock, thinking about how he could have done such a thing and then seeing him walk out into the rain with his head hung low and his shoulders slumped forward. It felt like an eternity had passed before I was able to get up and leave myself. My car keys were in one pocket, phone in another and my gun in another. I was ready to chase after him but...I just couldn't bring myself to do it. The image of him pointing his gun at my chest with malice in his eyes was almost too much to bear thinking about again so...I left alone.
