The sun hung heavy over the campus of Lukenya University, casting a golden hue over the bustling students. Essy Stephen wove through the crowds with purpose, his backpack slung over one shoulder. His eyes were fixed on his destination: Professor Mwangi's office. Today was the day he would present his proposal for a new community development project.
