Zuri called out to him as he stood there bleeding, asking him if he needed help navigating through the sea of angry men who seemed unable to decide their course of action. They screamed at each other incoherently while looking around wildly with bloodshot eyes, searching desperately for anyone who could explain the happenings in this village and why an unexplained anger surged within them. The source of their rage remained unknown despite being surrounded by the unique dwellings made of mud and sand which were designed to keep outsiders at bay.

Confusion settled as the armed invaders tried to uncover the reason behind their fury when they looked upon any object or person within these homes built by people whose culture was different from theirs, who spoke a language that seemed nonsensical to them even though it was spoken fluently by those who lived here. This community thrived for generations, focusing on maintaining peace among themselves amidst tribal warfare that continued to dwindle away in the hope that one day someone would come forth prepared to fulfill whatever role assigned by the Creator. This newcomer would dedicate their life to keeping the peace instead of engaging in bloody disputes, fueled by long-standing feuds between tribes located thousands of miles apart. We humans are thrust into roles we never asked for or wanted simply because we have been born into this world knowing nothing more than what is directly in front of us.

Zuri realized that the location of our birth and upbringing is determined by forces beyond our control until we're old enough to make our own decisions about our position in this world. It could be a choice to seek revenge against those who hurt us first or assist those seeking revenge against us no matter how much hatred may exist between both parties. Each choice carries equal gravity and should be taken seriously. She pondered why no one has ever stepped forward before with a desire to help or intervene in such situations and the possible reasons that hold us back.

The lack of individuals stepping forward could be the fear of being shot while attempting to offer help or perhaps it is a matter of not caring enough about stopping the violence and bloodshed. Whatever the reason, Zuri decided that she would be the change, the one who tries to make a difference by offering her assistance in finding the missing people and working towards sparing lives in such a tense environment.

With bravery and determination in her heart, Zuri approached the man with golden dreadlocks holding his infant child. She offered her help in searching for his family while navigating through the anger and fury that permeated the once-peaceful village. In doing so, she hoped to remind all those involved in this conflict to seek compassion and understanding amidst chaos and hatred, forging a path for a brighter future ahead.
