Iron Will and Lovers' Fire: The Epic Journey of Runa

Chained.

Truly chained.

He had an agile body and a will to save the world, yet he was chained by his own heart. He was blinded by the love of a woman and now he couldn't see what was right in front of him.

He had been born with gamma rays, thus his body was different than the rest of us. His skin was green and scaly, his eyes were yellow, his hair was black but red when angry, and his chest was big, not fat but muscular. He had a huge jaw with large canines and sharp claws instead of fingernails. All this because he exposed himself to the radiation from the atomic bomb that destroyed Hiroshima, Japan. Now he wasn't normal anymore... he got powers like nobody else on Earth could have them: superhuman strength and durability, superhuman speed and agility; he could jump higher than a building, run faster than a car, throw things far away without touching them, and even lift up buildings just like that! He had extreme senses as well: sight, hearing... all enhanced so he could fight crime more efficiently than any other human policeman.

His name? Well - we'll call him Hulk for now. He lived... alone.

In a bunker under the desert where no one could reach him or harm him. People feared him and didn't want to stay near him because they knew they would get hurt if they were too close to him when he gets angry. But let's be honest here, who doesn't get angry at some point? So most people tried to stay as far away from him as possible and never talked to him or anything like that. He didn't care about this because he wasn't lonely at all... I mean - how can you get lonely when you are all green and big? And strong? And smart? You don't need friends or family if you are like that!

So anyways, Hulk is alone in his bunker under the desert when suddenly... something happens! It's an earthquake! In the middle of nowhere! What kind of hell is going on?! So Hulk jumps out of bed (or whatever it is) and runs outside only to find a girl on his doorstep!!! A girl who is wearing a white sari! She has long black hair and her skin is dark brown! She's very beautiful! So Hulk gets closer to her trying to figure out what she wants when suddenly she shouts "I NEED YOUR HELP!!!", grabs him by the arm and starts dragging him inside the bunker! So Hulk asked her what she needed help with because obviously she had no idea just how strong he really was so there was no point in asking for help with anything that was physically impossible for anyone else but he; but then again she seemed like someone who knew what she wanted so maybe she actually did need help with something pretty big!

She said "WE'RE IN DANGER!!! MY FRIENDS AND I ARE BEING CHAINED BY THE ENEMY!!! WE NEED YOUR HELP TO SAVE US!!!", grabbed Hulk by the other arm with both hands this time (she must think he's weak!) and started dragging him even faster through the hallways until they reached their destination: a door out of the bunker into the desert where 4 more women were standing there waiting for them! They were also wearing white saris except theirs were dark blue instead of dark brown like hers. And also they looked... Asian??? Except one of them who looked American I guess? This whole thing was weird but let's not get distracted here people! So they welcomed our favorite hero inside their bunker explaining that they were locked inside here because someone called The Doctor put them under some sort of spell which made them unable to leave this place until they meet themselves in another time period!

Hulk listened carefully while looking around curiously wondering why these girls were dressed up like that... until finally one of them caught his attention: she had long blond hair tied in a ponytail behind her head and her skin was golden just like her short hair! She was very beautiful as well but then again all these girls were beautiful so no big deal here guys! But there was something about this blondish girl which made Hulk think this way... it wasn't clear if it was attraction or pity though so let's not jump to conclusions alright? Let's wait for our favorite hero to figure out what is going on first before we start putting labels on things okay? ;)

Anyways after listening to their story Hulk went outside and started breaking down the walls in order to break everyone outta there while his new friends locked themselves back inside their bunkers while they waited patiently for our green friend to break down all those walls so they wouldn't die in an earthquake anymore (because earthquakes are bad!). When all walls surrounding their bunkers had been broken down Hulk told his new friends that he would take them somewhere safe so wait for him while he goes back home (he lives alone remember?) because there would be food there which would make everyone stronger so they could work together better; but everyone knows you gotta eat healthy food not junk food after working out otherwise you'll end up getting sick or gaining weight or both (it depends on your metabolism I guess). So everybody agreed with Hulk's plan happily since none of them were familiar with this area anyway so this way at least some of them wouldn't die from heat exhaustion or thirst if you know what I mean haha :P
