"How long was I out for?"

I stir awake, and my first thought is to scan the area for any signs of danger. My senses sharpen as I take stock of my surroundings. I find myself in a room with four walls, each with a window on it. The windows are covered by white curtains that sway gently in the breeze. There's a bed in the middle of the room and a dresser beside it. A door leads out into what must be the rest of the house.

I'm wearing something that looks like pajamas and my hair is wet. It must have been rained on because there's water dripping from the ceiling onto me. I sit up and look around for an umbrella or something to cover myself with, but there isn't anything in the room to use as one. I close my eyes again, trying to remember how I got here.

I was blown off course by a solar flare after my last jump from planet to planet through space. Usually, I would have no problem finding my way back home, but this time was different: There was a lot of solar radiation, and it caused a critical failure in my navigational systems. In other words, I am lost in space! Again! Because if it wasn't for all this stupid solar radiation interfering with my navigation system then I would have never ended up here! On some random planet with no elves or magic or even stars in the sky!! All because of the sun! Which is always shining brightly while simultaneously being invisible at night! No wonder they had witch hunts trying to kill off our species! The sun is clearly evil! That explains why we were always so good at fighting demons!

Then it hits me: How did I get here? Where did this house even come from?! Wasn't it just me and the void of space before? Could someone have seen what happened? Did they save me from dying? Oh god...am I...dying now? Is this what death feels like?? Am I going to die alone on a strange planet that probably has no elves or magic?? Have you ever died before Mr. Sun? Are you enjoying this moment where you're killing me?! You just wait until we meet again! When we meet again you won't get away so easily! You will pay for your sins against my people!! Yes Mr. Sun...you will pay dearly...when we meet..again...

"Oh thank god..."

I sigh in relief when I notice that I can still feel my heart beating and hear the sound of blood rushing through my veins while feeling all warm inside and out, confirming that yes indeed I am indeed not dead at least not yet anyway so maybe there are aliens living here who could help me fix my ship and send me back home safely after all?! If so, they will be rewarded greatly when they return me to elven controlled space!!! Maybe they'll even get their own planet!!! Or at least be allowed to join us within our kingdom as valued allies!!! And we'll all live happily ever after together!! And when we meet again Mr. Sun...you will be paid back ten fold for your crimes against my people!! And people everywhere else too!! You will-

"Someone please help me..."

Oh...great...another one...how many aliens are living here anyway?! Do they eat humans or something?? Did they kidnap these poor people from somewhere else because they like having slaves or something?? Either way, I need to get out of here ASAP! Human lives are valuable treasures among our people! We take great care protecting them from harm! But life isn't so precious among other species such as witches who used to be common on earth before we wiped them out mercilessly during our witch hunts due to their wicked intent towards humanity which is why-

"Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!"
