"I'm telling you, Craig, we're not going to find this guy," Tweek said as he shifted his weight from one foot to the other.

"We just need to look somewhere else. We've been in this town for too long," Craig replied as he looked around with his binoculars.

"Maybe he's not even here. Maybe we should go home and get some sleep. Maybe we'll have better luck tomorrow," Tweek surmised.

"No, Tweek, I refuse to give up now. We're going to find him tonight if it kills us," Craig insisted as he scanned the street below them again. "That's our job after all; to catch bad guys like this one. We're supposed to do whatever it takes."

Tweek sighed, "Fine then, what are you looking at?" He asked impatiently, shifting his weight back to the other foot.

Craig put down the binoculars and started rubbing his chin with his hand. "Hmm, there's a lot of activity on this block, but my guess is that those are all just businesses or restaurants that are still open. It's difficult to tell which ones they are anyways since it's so dark out right now, and we don't have any light sources besides these two flashlights. We should've brought some night vision goggles or something with us instead of leaving them in the car back at our hotel room." He sighed before continuing with his search.

Tweek picked up their flashlights, turned them off, and stowed them in their packs before suggesting that they head back. After gathering their belongings, they walked over to where they had parked their car earlier and spotted a group of men smoking cigarettes outside a bar across the street. Tweek wondered aloud whether they were part of their investigation.

They got into their car and drove away, signaling for their hidden associate, Tulio, to follow. As they continued, Craig filled up their car's gas tank at a nearby station while Tweek bought snacks.

Once they reached the predetermined meeting spot, they found Tulio asleep in an alley. Startling him awake, Craig quickly searched and handcuffed him as a precautionary measure. After making sure he wasn't carrying any weapons or dangerous objects, they led him through the alley, past several stores and into an office building behind it. From there, they exited onto a dead-end street where their car was parked, successfully evading anyone who may have been watching them.

The duo reunited with Tulio, and Craig somberly reflected on the passage of time and how it had changed him, leaving him increasingly isolated over the years despite his success and fortunes. He lamented that even his partnership with Tweek sometimes didn't seem sufficient, particularly given their recent lack of quality time together due to their tireless pursuit of criminals like kidnappers, murderers, and thieves. They continued to do their work, driven by the knowledge that if they didn't, future generations and their families would suffer the consequences of their failure to maintain peace and order in the world.
