Wild Ponies of Agron: A Journey in Untamed Skies
·
Published 5/15/2023In the far away planet of Agron, a magical trio of mischievous, but pure-hearted ponies set out to bravely confront a sinister evil, questioning their courage and morality on an audacious quest to reach a castle in the sky.

"Are there any questions?" Princess Celestia asked.
Twilight Sparkle raised her hoof, "Yes, Princess?"
"First of all, I'd like to start by saying thank you for taking on this mission." Celestia began. "You three have been chosen because of your loyalty to Equestria and because it's important that we send a message to the planet Agron as soon as possible. I'm sure you've all read the draft of the message, but just to summarize, we need to: reassure them that they are not alone in the universe, provide them with technology and resources necessary to defend themselves against the threat posed by The Darkness, and finally make our intentions clear that we will be there for them if they ever need us. That is the purpose of this mission."
Celestia paused and looked around at each pony in turn. She then continued, "I must say that when I first heard about Agron I was rather scared. They have no knowledge of magic or advanced technology. In fact, it seems their society is still in its early stages of development. However," she said loudly as she began pacing back and forth in front of the group, "we cannot act like we did when we first encountered humans on Earth! We must remember that these ponies are very different from humans." She stopped and turned to face them again. "They may seem primitive at first but just remember that they were able to develop a society without magic!"
"But..." Twilight interjected before being cut off by Princess Celestia raising her hoof.
"However!" Celestia said loudly. "We can't make the mistake of thinking that these ponies are simply humans with wings! We must take whatever precautions necessary to ensure their safety while helping them with defense against The Darkness."
Celestia took a deep breath and turned away from the ponies again. When she spoke next there was a hint of sadness in her voice, "Some ponies may think I am being too cautious but I had hundreds of years with my sister to watch over Equestria before she... left... for another world." Her voice trailed off as she slowly turned back towards them. "Princess Luna was my faithful assistant and friend for thousands of years until... well... until she wasn't anymore." She sighed heavily and continued, "We don't know everything about what happened to her so we can only hope that she found happiness wherever she is now."
The room fell silent for a few seconds as every pony in the room tried their best not to look awkward or uncomfortable after hearing such personal information about their princess' life. Eventually Twilight spoke up again, "So where do we start? How do we find a castle in space?"
