Alice Steps on Shrunken

I couldn't wait to get home. The day had been long and hard, but I would finally be able to kick back and relax. My roommate wasn't at home yet so I was able to take my shoes off as soon as I walked in the door without worrying about stepping on him.I picked up my Prada boots for a moment, admiring the brown leather one last time before setting them down by the door. I lifted my socks off my feet and wiggled my toes, relishing in their freedom from such a constricting item.

"Eeew, gross!" I say aloud when I realize my feet are dirty from walking outside today. My roommate is a neat freak so if he gets home and sees that I've tracked in some mud he'll flip out on me for sure. He's always telling me about how he can't stand dirt, and how he can tell if there's even a speck of it somewhere in our apartment by how 'sick' the place will suddenly smell.

I sighed, knowing that the only solution to this problem is to jump in the shower first and wash my feet before anything else. I picked up my shoes again, shoving them into a corner of the room, and walked over to pick up my socks and then head towards the bathroom. As I did so, I let out another sigh when my roommate's clothes weren't where they usually were- on his bed. He was probably still out with his girlfriend getting dinner or something like that; we'd both agreed not to cook tonight since we'd both been busy all weekend with work so we'd just order in.

"Maybe he'll get me something nice," I said to myself as I walked past his closet to grab an outfit for later tonight when he got back though secretly hoped that he wouldn't come back at all because it meant we could eat our Chinese food in peace!

As I walked by his closet again though, I felt a sharp pain on my bare foot underneath one of the shoes hanging from its rack. "What the heck!?" My eyes widened as realization hit me almost immediately- someone was in one of his shoes!! And worse yet… they were under one of my very own shoes! "How could he!? Doesn't he know how much those cost me?"

I drew closer to see what exactly was under there and gasped when I saw what looked like a little kid's hand appear from under there! What was going on? “Little kid?” No wonder it hurt so much; whoever this kid was, they must have landed right on my heel! “But why would anyone put their hands under one of these? It doesn't make any sense!”

My mind raced with thoughts like this as my brain began to figure out what must have happened. Someone must have shrunk this kid somehow- maybe they were playing some sort of game or something? That must be it! The two of them were probably trying to play some sort of prank on me by making him sneak around in one of my shoes while I wasn't looking! Well two could play at that game! Smiling wickedly at this idea, I quickly removed the shoe off the hanger and lifted it up over my head so that it faced downwards towards where I thought the kid was hiding underneath there. If they wanted to play games then they were going to play MY game now!

"You want to sneak up on me?! Well too bad because you don't get away that easily!" With that last sentence, I dropped the shoe down hard towards where the kid was hiding underneath there as hard as I could, ignoring all of its weight as well as the pain in my foot after doing so caused by landing wrong from jumping high enough into the air to do this. There was a loud bang noise as the shoe fell onto whatever poor soul had been under there seconds earlier with such force that several books knocked off their shelves nearby thanks to its immense size alone. Even better than all of this though was when after all of this noise an even louder scream erupted from underneath there- literally screaming bloody murder like somebody had just tried to murder them! Who knew kids these days were so stupidly weak?

"Ha ha ha, guess who's not sneaking anymore?" I gloated triumphantly as I put both hands on top of either side of the shoe and lifted it up off of whatever poor soul had been underneath there until they finally came tumbling out onto the floor below me a few moments later; catching him by surprise just like he'd done with me earlier today when he hid underneath here in order to catch me off guard. When he came rolling out however though instead of being confused like him though or even angry like myself- which is what most people would have expected given how viciously angry I'd gone earlier- (or perhaps excited if you're a sadistic sociopathic teen who likes seeing other people suffer) instead everyone who was watching or listening (which included myself quite obviously) gasped loudly at what they saw after doing so. It was just… too much for anyone else to handle at once because nobody could believe what they were seeing!!

For starters, whoever this kid was… boy oh boy did he look delicious!! His cute face looked absolutely perfect while standing at attention with his blue eyes wide open and staring straight ahead fearfully while practically frozen in terror thanks to how scared he looked right now! He still wore almost every single piece of clothing that he had worn earlier today- including his black hoodie shirt with its red laces running along its front edges, its black skinny jeans that hugged his legs tightly around his calves (just like how mine hugged mine!) tied together around his waist with their red belt buckle facing forward while sticking outward away from him thanks to being tied loosely together there earlier today (just like mine!) but more importantly…. This little guy also wore Chunky Prada Boots just like mine!! And if you ask me… nobody looks cuter than someone wearing these boots! They're honestly perfect for any type of weather or occasion whether you're dancing at your favorite club or just walking down an alleyway at night scared for your life hoping you find safety before some creep finds you first! These boots worked perfectly for ANYONE wearing them- especially someone like this little cutie pie who looked absolutely PERFECT wearing them!!
