We are inside a small, modestly furnished house. A young boy, prashant, is sitting at a rickety old desk, surrounded by books and papers. He is diligently working on his laptop, editing a video.

Prashant (voiceover)

Ever since I was a child, I've always been drawn to the world of editing. The power to take ordinary footage and turn it into something extraordinary has always fascinated me.

Prashant's mother, MRS. YADAV, enters the room and smiles at her son.

MRS. YADAV

Ravi, it's time to go help your father in the fields.

Prashant

I'll be right there, Ma. I just need to finish this one project.

MRS. YADAV

You and your editing! You spend more time in front of that screen than you do in the real world.

Prashant

Ma, one day I want to become an editor. I want to work in the film industry and make a name for myself.

MRS. Yadav

That's all well and good, prashant, but we need you to help with the farm. Editing won't put food on the table.

Prashant

I know, Ma. I'll help out, I promise. But I can't give up on my dreams.

Prashant shuts his laptop and heads out to help his father in the fields.

EXT. FIELDS - DAY

Prashant is seen working alongside his father, helping to tend the crops. His mind, however, is still filled with thoughts of editing and the film industry.

Prashant (voiceover)

I'm grateful for the life I have here in the village, but there's a fire inside me that longs for something more. I want to break free from these fields and make a mark in the world of editing.

A few years pass, and prashant continues to work on his editing skills whenever he can find the time. He submits his work to various competitions and websites, but with little success.

One day, while working in the fields, prashant's phone rings. It's an unfamiliar number. Nervously, he answers.

Prashant

Hello?

VOICE ON PHONE

Is this Prashant yadav?

Prashant

Yes, speaking.

VOICE ON PHONE

This is duffers brother from upside down Studios. We came across your work online, and we're impressed. We'd like to offer you an internship with us.

Prashant is taken aback by the unexpected offer. He can hardly believe what he's hearing.

Prashant
