Gala's Epic Quest: Unveiling Destiny.

I was born in a world called the Earth. It was a beautiful place, filled with life, light and love. I was born into a world full of politics, greed, and war. The government took my wife away from me for being a peasant. My wife had been kidnapped and tortured to death by the king’s secret police.

When I tried to find her, they told me that she had died in childbirth. I never believed them, but I didn’t have the power to bring down the king or the government. So I did what any good man would do; I worked hard and raised our first son alone.

He was named Gala after his mother.

Gala was a wonderful child. He grew up fast and soon became a man, with all the dreams and hopes of his father before him. But one day he traveled with his friends to another city to find work at a new job and never returned home again. One of his friends said that he saw Gala get arrested by the King’s secret police and dragged away into their black carriages. That night I made the decision that no other father should ever have to make.

I decided to go against the government and free my son from their prison cells.

The sun had already set when I arrived at the high stone wall surrounding the King’s castle grounds on foot from my small village just outside of town. There wasn’t much time left before dawn, so I had to move quickly if I wanted to rescue Gala in time before he was sent off to fight in the King’s wars overseas.

After looking around, I found an old wooden ladder leaning up against one of the walls near where some guards were patrolling outside of one of the gates leading into the castle courtyard. Silently thanking God for leading me here safely, I quickly climbed up onto the top of the wall until I reached where my ladder was leaning against it. Once there, I let myself down slowly until my feet touched on solid ground again on the other side. Then just as quickly as possible without making a sound, I ran for cover behind an old fountain sitting in the middle of that same courtyard where it would provide me with some cover from any passing guards or patrols who might be walking around inside this dark night looking for intruders like myself who might try to break into this place during times like these when everyone was asleep during these long nights while people like me were trying to save their own lives from living a life of oppression under this cruel King whom even God wouldn’t want living here any more if he still existed today on Earth today back then like he once did many years ago before he left us here all alone while we suffered under his tyranny!
